      @@deebee533 I know it's not. I watched the show very well. This house though would make a perfect TV show house. Plus pretty-much all TV show houses are based on houses from the 1950's and 60's maybe early 70.

    Such a cute little house! Nice that it’s untouched by scrappers and spray paint! I would love those glass doors with the glass door knobs! Thank you for another great find!

    I didn't like the slanted wood on the wall in that one room, but I like everything else. What a beautiful home ! It's in great shape. Really makes me sick that people are going to tear it down. What is wrong with people? You could sell it as is (it's move in ready, except for the basement), and probably get thousands for this place. It's wonderful.

    This is such a nice house and spotless throughout the entire house. This house was for sure was well loved through the years!
    Probably when they electricity was turned off, the basement sump pump stopped working allowing the basement to get flooded.
    Hate that all these companies are buying up these nice homes just so they can build 3- 5 pop-up houses or dozens of condos in its place! It's a sad world of greed that we live in now.
    Great video, thanks for showing us this nice place!

    You guys need to watch some reruns or videos of that show again.

    That's a millionaire's house? If so then I live in a billionaire's house.
    It's very nice and a waste to tear it down. It looks just like the houses in my neighborhood that get torn down by the dozen to build large luxury houses. In fact developers have been trying to get their hands on my house (double lot!) so they can tear it down and build a huge house. They're getting close to their wish; when they offer me $1 million it's all theirs.
    It still seems like such a shame and a waste. My house is absolutely beautiful, with stone facade and details that haven't been used for decades.

    • @urbexontario73
      @urbexontario73  5 месяцев назад +3

      The water table in the area must be high so ground water came in because the sump pump doesn’t have power.

    Time stamp 8:54 that clock is still working this can,t be abandon for that long unless that clock is electric which I doubt. Someone must change the battery.....LOL!!....matter of fact all the clocks are still working as also seen in the big room with the neat paneling....Time stamp 14:56....I also occasionally hear an odd beep from a smoke alarm.

    The bricked-in back patio area is newer than the house. The house/breezeway/single car garage all speak of early post WWII.

    That's a "pretty cool" mundane old house. Poorly designed with so much space wasted on unnecessary but "pretty cool" hallways. The "pretty cool" entryway that stares directly into a laundry room, has no natural light, and branches off into a maze of hallways is definitely "pretty cool". Ugly and very dated grandma house. "Pretty cool" that it will be torn down. Ugh.
