@eiffelheinrichbamba5369 Ok, sorry we misunderstood a bit! A big factor is preventing or minimizing the sludge buildup in the tank through the design and layout of the aeration system so preventing dead zones, making sure you have enough airflow and mixing power. If you have a poor mixing pattern, whether due to insufficient design or just lack of maintenance over time the sludge can begin to accumulate. If you do have sludge you should clean it out for optimal performance. There are a few ways you can clean it out and what is best will depend on tank size, reduction goals, and budget but you can use filter presses, centrifuge, vacuum trucks, mechanical dredges, etc. Honestly the best thing is prevention though and making sure your system is designed correctly from the start :)!
Is it possible your fine bubble air diffuser be damaged one day aftter being installed in aeration pond? How to fix or make necessary trouble shooting for damaged/clogged air diffuser in aeration pond (the most practical way) ? Thanking you in advance
Hi Agung, sorry for the delayed reply! Was something dripped on the diffuser? It shouldn't be clogged after one day if you have left it in continuous operation. Do you mind dropping us an email at info@ssiaeration.com and we could help troubleshoot?
hi! sorry you are having trouble hearing. we just checked the video and its working on our end. do you have the volume turned up on your device and the video as well?
The volume on this video is quite low. I'm maxing out all volume and struggling to hear.
how about the build up of sludge underneath the diffuser?
Hi! Our diffusers have an integrated check valve built into the membrane which prevents sludge from flowing back into the diffuser/piping system.
@@ssiaerationinc Thank you for the response! What I meant is the space below the diffusers/piping system that could possibly be stagnant.
