When you're right, you're right. It was actually an old carbon steel that was in the kitchen as a prop. It was more for aesthetic and look. The pan needed to be re-seasoned anyway. Thanks for the comment 😊

Don't feel bad there ain't NOTHIN' wrong with a bit of tomato in carbon steel. It will react with seasoning but the impact is massively overblown by Reddit enthusiasts. I immediately subbed. more importantly what brand is that beautiful high sided almost woklike CS pan? I want one! Also I immediately subbed.l
