I love good fresh Dim Sum, wow at 12:30 pm for Dim Sum you are late. LOL. Tung and Steve, the trio on the loose again. Restaurant looks pretty packed! Have to watch out for them cart people, they are quicker than you think, remember “He who hesitates …gets passed by quickly “. Everything looks so delicious, even the chicken feet. Come on DTM, try them. Enjoying all your videos when I can get to them. To close. To the Trio safe travels and Merry Christmas Holiday to all. Keep the videos coming, DTM.

YES, Tung and I are in on chicken feet and beef tripe. You don't know what you are missing Danny. Everything looks so fresh and delicious, can't wait to try this dim sum restaurant!! I like all parts of the roast duck, You accurately explained the difference between roast duck and Peking duck. Really enjoyed the video Danny!!

Difference in duck vs Peking duck is the breed of duck used & the preparation is what we were told one time dining at an Asian restaurant.

Such an enjoyable video with you and Steve and Tung.Very interesting food-no tripe or chicken feet for me-but the rest looks delish.I Love the Chinese translations+ your Peking Duck Blow up story. The duck that is hanging in the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa look anemic compared to the Peking.

Maybe nowadays they blow up the Peking duck to make the skin crispy. Actually, that's the method the Cantonese uses to make crispy skin chicken. The traditional Peking duck is done by force feeding the duck to fatten it so the fat underneath the skin makes the skin crispy. Ask Steve to tell you all about it.

My fav dim sum is chicken feet, the two types of tripe (this one was omasum tripe but i think i like the honeycomb tripe more) and anything braised with tendons!

😢I’m so jealous right now. All my favourite dim sum foods. Closest I can get good/any dim sum is either frozen(limited variety), or drive 5 hours to Vancouver BC.😤. HI GUYS! Safe travels Tung.

What happens to the toenails on the chicken feet when it's cooked? Do they fall off? Can you use them as holders like shrimp tails? Do they soften up and get eaten? Do they get clipped off with toenail clippers before steaming? Just wondering.

I like chicken feet. It is a test if the place is good or not. The step with the inflation on the duck helps to separate skin from meat and the fat renders more easily during roasting.

By blowing it up and drying it the skin is somewhat detached from the fat layer, that's why it's crispy and mostly seperated from fat layer once carved

The question is what was the person on who invented this 🤔😂

This is my preferred spot for Chinese dinners but not dim sum. Maybe I don't know what's good. 😁 I tried their dim sum when they first started serving it and thought it was ok. I gave them a second chance a couple years later because I thought it could've gotten better. It's alright. Try their dinner sometime. Their Peking duck is really good.

I absolutely love Asian food and Mexican food-and cooking it. I swear I was Asian/Mexican in a former life. What I do NOT understand is why some things are charred and others not. Ex: spareribs. Why not roasted at last moment? SK Seafood and the chicken. Why steamed instead of roasted? I have multiple donabes and absolutely use them to steam but more veggies and FISH! I assume that American's like char more? I'm sincerely asking and curious.
