Hello there, The Oil level sensor, pressure switch (P0843), and temp sensor (P0713) all use a common analog ground signal on pin 19 at the transmission connector and pin 58 at the TCM connector. This ground wire is the most likely cause of your problems with those three codes active. Use a DVOM and test wire 158, touch one of the leads to pin 58 at the TCM and the other lead to pin 19 on the trans connector, you should have full continuity on the meter. Hopefully this helps with your concern. Thanks
Hello, The transmission will not shift from Neutral to any range if the engine RPM is above 900. If below 900RPM and it won’t shift into gear it may be range inhibited. You would have to connect Allison DOC software and diagnose further.
Hello again, try doing this to see if this helps... Step 1, Connect with laptop or use shift display to check for any codes, record and clear codes then duplicate the fault condition and see what codes returned. Troubleshoot returning codes. Step2, check oil level and condition of oil. If oil is burnt or dark in color, it indicates an internal failure. Hopefully this helps.
Other than the springs for the retainer plates…Are there any bearings or springs that can fallout when i remove the upper casting from the lower casting? Im about to do this. We are getting p0843 code and p2727. Its making me think theres a restriction at the PS1
Hello there @takeoverjupiter! To answer your question, there will be 4 accumulator cups and springs located under the solenoid retaining brackets. Other than that, there are no loose parts. Now for the P0843, make sure to remove the solenoids and check the trim valve springs. They should be updated to yellow springs. P0843 is a common code that occurs when the trim springs break. Updated yellow springs will be included in the control module seal and gasket kit. Inspect the trim valves carefully if the springs are broke. There may be damage to the valves. Valves are not included in the gasket kit and would need to be ordered separately. Thank you for watching our content!
@@WellerTruckPartsso our springs weren’t broken but I’ve updated them to the yellow ones. had 3 pink & 1 white in it before change. About to put it all back together. So far I’m starting to think maybe it’s an issue with the wiring harness or the TCM. We aren’t able to shift with the electronic shifter at all.
Hello again @Takeoverjupiter It is recommended that the pressure switch be changed. The part number is 29552364. Before bolting everything together, plug the switch into the harness. Measure resistance between pins 19 and 3 at the trans 20 way plug. You should have full continuity. Measure while you depress the button on the switch itself. When the switch is pressurized, it opens so the meter should read out of limit or OL. When switch is released, it should go back to full continuity. Thanks again for reaching out!
Greetings! In the links below, we have a diagram of the solenoid. The diagram of the internal harness is for the aluminum body assembly. The picture of solenoids is for the WTEC cast valve body. Please let us know if there is anything else you would need help on. Thanks imgur.com/yt1VCGO imgur.com/D7Q77AY

Pliss help.. What the trouble if transmission cannot move to reverse and netral position with high rpm transmission moving forward

What is the torque spec for the valve body to the channel plate on the 10 mm heads
Hello Mark!
Torque spec for VB bolts is 115 in/lb. for aluminum valve body assembly use this sequence.

do you have valve body's Allison 4500 (navistar 7600 truck)
Greetings friend, We don't often sell valve bodies because the cost on just a valve body assembly is high (around 2/3 the price of a reman trans)
thank you for qwik answer can upu send me diagram transmission connector pin order and TCM connector what about wirre 158 thanks
