Old Koloa town in Kauai at night is cool and slightly creepy (Halloween special)

The Garden Isle (Kauai) has plenty of interesting nature stuff to do, but they also have a few good little towns to check out. Here's good Ole Kaloa Town at night during a street market thing that was happening. Not too crowded & a somewhat mysterious place.
