    Terrific info, I've been fermenting a little while, not done anything in the last 6 months, I work in the retail industry, and while watching this video, I had 2 cauliflowers in my kitchen, which were out of date from work, taking up a bit of space, then hey presto, let's back to fermenting, thanks

      Hey Winston! Fermented cauliflower is probably our favorite way of eating it. It's pretty plain, but once you give it that little bit of punch it really makes it something special! On top of that, you get to save those out of date veggies and turn it into a nutritional powerhouse!

    I did it 🥳. I added carrot because I did not have enough cauliflower to fill up the vessel. All turned out delicious😋😋😋. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

    Black pepper helps the body to absorb the tumeric also fats do as well, I make a golden tumeric drink & add a half teaspoon of coconut oil 😊

      Hey Daniel. You're really going to enjoy this ferment. It's by far the best way we have found to enjoy cauliflower.

      Healthy Farm Living can’t wait to try it out. We love veggies since I’ve gone more plant based and our oldest daughter is a chegan (cheating vegan).

      @@danielfisch655 Chegan, that is a good description of most vegans that we know. They usually cheat with things like Honey and some dairy.

    I add black pepper to all my food. Not only tasty but it does help absorb nutritients.

      Very true. There's a reason it has been used for hundreds of years in cooking!

    please . how long is it going to last as stored in the fridge ? can it last more than 6 months ?

    • @HealthyFarmLiving
      @HealthyFarmLiving  2 года назад +1

      Hey there Mohamed. I can't say for sure how long it would last, but under normal circumstances it should be good for several months. Even though the fermentation slows down when it's refrigerated, it still continues to ferment and eventually the cauliflower will start to break down and become soft. So the quality will be effected over time.
