"Käärijä" is indeed directly translated as "wrapper". But it is also a slang word for gambler who "käärii rahaa" meaning "wraps money" and that is the meaning the name comes from.

A better translation for Käärijä would be "Roller" from High Roller or "Rolling in the dough". The word itself is the person who does wrapping, but in Finnish we use that word for Rolling in the Dough from gambling.
Käärijä has told that name came when he was gambling and he won money. His friend started to call him Käärijä (High roller)
Or possibly he rolls weed joints professionally. Isn't that a legit profession, at least in the Netherlands?

Great reaction! Thanks for the translation - well I understood a bit of it since I know a tiny bit of Finnish. No, swedes, danes or norwegians do NOT understand finnish at all. Only if you learn. (I'm swedish and understand/can speak to danish and norwegians, finnish is almost impossible, thou many speak finnlandssvenska, it's a version of swedish. On Iceland many speak "Nordiska" it's a combo of Swedish/Dansih/Norwegian, that is very easy to understand and speak. Anyway this is TOP 5!
