This was such a treat today, guys. The girls commenting and laughing in the background is priceless. It was also fun to see Rip introduce the show. He is such an inspiration. My second career was spent at Whole Foods Market for 15 years. Rip came to speak when his Engine 2 book was published. I can't remember the year, but I will never forget how he was able to inspire and rejuveniate a whole auditorium of people. Many carnivores were enlightened that day. Many thanks for the much needed laugh today, and blessings to all. 🙏💚

I bought b complex vitamin by pure encapsulations that has oil in it is it dangerous? As no oil what are the risks vs benefits of pills containing oil?
