Jay you used to use an ankle leash, as did I, when did you make the switch to this type of leash and why?

Switched from a leg leash to wrist leash around 1990. The ankle leash was too much drag and would wrap around my legs underwater sometimes (hog tie me)!
Then, went to a bicep leash probably around 2000 as the wrist leash was a hassle dragging in the water with every paddle stroke. For me, the bicep leash is ideal. We sell about 80% bicep leashes these days.

@@eBodyboardingcom WOW, I stopped using my ankle leash in 93 when my Mach 10 finally crapped out... currently I don't use one.... so around the bicep, not the upper forearm, just before the bend in the arm? Interesting
