As someone with sensory overload issues that can induce severe panic it’s really nice how I can watch all of your videos without being overwhelmed by flashing images, loud abrupt noises, etc. Your channel is a safe space and it calms me down, I really like how factual you are because it’s more understandable why you do things rather than emotional motivation (which can be harder to understand). Hi Rebecca, I love all your videos they are calm and motivating, Can you please make a video about the productive morning routine for a senior high schooler, im a senior in high school and idk how to manage school, studies and working out (im trying to lose weight that I gained during the exam week) and all I can't find the "right time" for a workout while studying for an exam, I suck at managing everything 😂 Btw love you ❤️❤️
I've been doing this for two weeks and feeling fitter already lost two pounds so least weight loss is starting although slow .I do feel mentally happier and sleeping betterwhich had been an issue prior to walking .
ironically this comes up when i was just thinking about actually adding back in cardio into my workout split :sobs:
