Love the wheels. The guys at Hackshop Garage channel got me onto a game changer for me. Sit the cans in hot water for 4 or 5mins. Thins the paint, builds the pressure and goes on “almost” like a spray gun. Smoother finish.
Just started watching your vids , I have now subscribed, one of the better car vids on u tube, love working on cars too .,lovely to see father and son working together.
Great to see you back making regular videos, and these are the tips that help people in this cost of living crisis to tackle jobs themselves. So big thumbs up from Preston (Lancs)!
My sons fiesta’s gear stick is getting stiff and making a squeaking noise. It probably needs the same job doing to it. Thanks for the info- very informative and great to see dad and son working together. Keep it up lads. Dave.
Are you two okay, it's been a while since you uploaded Any videos. Loved the content, how's the mini doing? Any further progress. Anyway take care and hopefully a new video soon.
Nice video, more dedicated than me, I only used 1200 and 2000 grit for clearing my headlights for the MOT. There was a digital caliper on the workbench - it looks like a Parkside from LIDL. I was thinking about the use of one for getting the gaps right between door and frame on a rebuild/restore - if there was an extension for the blades that would fit in the gap it would help give an accurate reading which would be useful for realignment. Can you adapt yours for this purpose? A slide on tip that could fit in the small gaps would work perhaps.
I’m pleased you liked the video, thanks for commenting. I am self employed but I have a contract with a chain of shops and I transport their stock around the region. Nothing to do with cars but my whole family have always loved and worked on cars so I have just picked things up over the years. Regards Mark

Great video again, thank you. Would you mind me asking what your full time job is ? intrigued how you amassed all these engineering skills.
