Zenboy23 what suggests to you it "sell(s) so well" or it's claimed to be original? It's part of the "folk" music of the British Isles, when done well a welcome return I'd say.
This is great but I don't feel like it matches the raw intensity of the album version or when I saw them live. The guitars and the drums seem... muffled I guess?

Why do they get so much crap for being too derivative? Its their debut album. Sure, they might be idolizing a band like Joy Division. But Joy Division itself sounded like a generic punk band with their first effort in "Warsaw". Give them a bloody chance to mature. I don't hear anyone telling David Bowie to take Peter Murphy to court.
