She not just the only female pitmaster in Tennessee she one of the few real pitmasters that actually cooks real pit bbq the old fashioned way. I sincerely hope she passes that tradition down, especially the sauce. So many pitmasters from my hometown down the road in Jackson, TN passed on and did not pass down the tradition.
