Its so funny, this helped for the first sheet i needed to cut (after 3 failures). The cut was still a bit off but it was fine all things considered. Next sheet it got all screwed up again 😭 this machine is the worst
Mine is lined up and at the top of the page it is cutting accurately, but as it goes down the sheet of stickers, it shifts up the cut line (on screen it is not this way). I noticed that the cut was off the first time so I made sure that the cut cartridge was calibrated to the right as you did- this helped with the first line of stickers closest to the cutter but as it went down line by line it is off (worsening each line as it goes farthest from the starting line). I did not move anything from print to cut; left everything as it was for continuity.
Mine is doing the same thing. It shows lined up on the screen and with each line of stickers the cut starts farther above the design with each row, therefore cutting off the bottom of each row of stickers more and more. If you found out anything that helps, I'd appreciate the tips! Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to do your video. It certainly helped me last night when my Silhouette could not read the registration marks. Would you please tell me the cut details as I found the default settings for Glossy photo paper didn't cut through for me. I have had my machine for a while but have only just started to get into it so I'm a bit of a newbie.
It really depends, when you are first starting I like to do a page of shapes, each with different settings to see what cuts best - however for glossy photo paper I would try the card stock setting as photo paper can be quite thick
thank you so much!! I was having alignment issues and wasting a lot of paper but this video solved my issues!! super helpful and easy to understand
Thank you very much, I was having a terrible time trying to print and cut and I can finally stop wasting my Silhouette glitter sticker paper :D.
I can't believe these simple tips helped so much! What a time saver!
I am so glad it helped you
I can't thank you enough for sharing this. It has completely resolved my registration mark issues.
Wow this is amazing! That’s exactly what I needed to do to ensure my cuts were in the right spot. Thanks so much!

It really is. I'm so unimpressed. Their original was fantastic, and it's been downhill from here.

Mine does this too. Unfortunately I haven't found an answer to fix that yet :(

Hi there. Great video, especially the part about using a clear mat. May I ask where you purchased this purple one from please.
My silloutte portrait 3 is off cut. Forhalf page is ooff cut slightly then remaining half pageits off cut widly .How to fix it
I put a flashlight between the tool and the paper and it worked!
Hello can you share the name of the colored cutting mat you use? Thanks!
Thank you for the tips, why did you lift the cutting mat?
When I don’t lift it sometimes I find it doesn’t register properly, especially with gloss or laminate
Welcome to Cameo 4, nothing has fixed my issues. I'm abandoning this company.
