Do i have keratokonus .. What will be treatment for meme considering above conditions
Keratoconus and Glaucos are two separate and unrelated diseases in terms of treatment strategy. For keratoconus suspicion , We have to see your topography . We need to see your corneal thickness . RNFL OCT is separate investigation ( done for Glaucoma suspicion , unrelated to keratoconus ) and for a keratoconus suspected eye , NCT for measuring IOP is not good . It can grossly underestimate the pressure . You should visit us for both glaucoma suspicion and keratoconus vision correction
I have lattice with hole in my left eye also My corneal thickness is 569 right eye and 571 in left eye I had topography test for keratoconus I have topography images ... Can I send you Doctor has recommended me to do vfa test also for glaucoma suspicion

Hii sir I have keratoconus in both eyes and done with c3r. I have using contact lenses. Contact lens helps me a lot in correcting vision i am very happy and satisfied with it.
@@muthyalaanusha6255 unfortunately this problem can not be cure (reverse)but we can prevent its progression and stop it being worst. It will stop progression usually in 30s age

Depends on case to case . Different depth and type of scar requires different intervention . Vision can definitely be restored to near normal
