This is basically going back to the mid to late 90’s when computers/Photoshop became more accessible to more designers, opening up lots of possibilities for design and effects (including wobbly texts, stretched texts, glitches, etc.). Rick Poynor and early WIRED magazine came to mind while watching this. I missed the 90s.
Agree on everything except the meta, great job putting all things together guys, think I’ll do a bit of rebranding for my website and switch the color palette to that acid pink ❤😅
I live in california, los angeles exactly and grew up here. The cannabis market has the most high end packaging and branding work i've ever seen in one location when i visit dispensaries. Target, walmart, designer stores you name it- there isnt a single aisle or department that comes close to the cannabis brands here and the work they put into packaging and design. Its mind blowing.
I LOVE that pink is making a comeback! I noticed personally how my house is so full of pastel and black and white colors. The spark is missing in these and pink coming back to fashion is great!

I design for a cannabis compnay "Willow Budz Cannabis".....you can put all the sleek graphics you want on your websites, BUT...the second you share that to social....your page is done.......... how are some of these companies combating that process?
and what about that new style of font feeling like fairy tales, enchanted magic in the wood? like disturbed lines still in harmony, could be like lord of ring font, I don't no how to describe it ahah, but I felt like a trend coming out of it
I appreciate dark mode on websites so much. Building my website now and all my competitors seem to have bright white, minimal sites so I’m not sure I should deviate from that, but I really want to..😢
