I lived in Umea for a couple of years when I was really young. It is very possible I went to this bakery. But I have been making cinnamon buns most of my life and still do. Love them and can't live without them. Everybody everywhere should eat them. However, they left out the cardamom. They absolutely need them.
I would NEVER turn one down of course (that would be - stupid...hehe) but I prefer more american cinnamon rolls/buns [is that a type? D'oh]...with caramel! But that just me. I still want one...HA!
Decibel S this is not a true cinnamon bun this is a Swedish cinnamon bun. People around the world makes things slightly different. This one may be your favorite but the ones in the US might be someone else’s preference. I like Korean pancakes over Chinese but it doesn’t mean they are different.

Definitely.
Yummm. After seeing these, I'll be looking for the perfect Kanelbullar recipe now.
These are so good - and not that hard to make. We did a recipe video, and they turned out fantastic!
Wish i lived in Sweden. I love cinnamon buns so much
You can make your own and have them all year round. Just add cardamom if the recipe you find does not include that spice. It is a must.
@@claraedman2354 Just a teaspoon freshly ground cardamom.
Wish I were near an Ikea now, I really want a kanelbulle!
Dem är så himla goda/they are so good

soo Nice
Makes me want to pack my bags!
Let me guess, someone stole your sweet roll?
how much sugar you put
Proper calorie bombs but you cant be without them!
Where's the frosting?
No frosting. A sprinkling of granular sugar on top. Trust me you don't need or want frosting on these.

American cinnamon buns don't have cardamom in the dough.
Now THIS is how a true Cinnamon bun should look like
