More like going from the girl next door you would be embarrassed to go out with to an oddly good looking alien I still wouldn’t want to date because extreme plastic surgery is a gigantic turn off
I mean if you think about the modeling industry, the features they covet are extreme ones so the alien comparison you made was an intentional choice on her end. It’s photogenic and fits within high fashion standards. If her goal was to pay for a few surgeries in exchange for high paying modeling gigs, she succeeded.

She wasn’t picked to be a model she was born to a successful background and was pushed into the industry to keep her family wealth going she doesn’t have raw talent
Full cheeks are not always youthful - I had model like 'hollow' cheeks in my 20's but they are much fuller in my late 30's. Happened to a lot of my family members too.
One of the times I had Botox I was asked but the doctor if I wanted it injected to give me a brow lift also I thought that sounds good so he did it and I went full Mr Spock, never again… if I’m offered to lift anything when I get Botox I always say no now
I have a question: When one gets a rhinoplasty as drastic as hers, where the cartilage around the nostrils is brought in and the bone along the bridge shaved down, doesn't it restrict breathing? I'd be afraid that minimizing the size of my nose that much would affect my breathing, and for me no amount of beauty is worth sacrificing breathing normally!

I think it's great that she got plastic surgery, esp if it made her feel more confident! However, it also sets unrealistic beauty standards for a lot of people when they believe that a face like that can be achieved 'without' plastic surgery. Transparency is super important.
Bella Hadid has a completely new face, you wouldn’t know it’s the same person as she’s barely recognizable anymore. In the future when Bella starts to age and all that plastic surgery starts to catch up with her she’s is going to be the new version of the ‘cat lady’ Jocelyn Wildenstein with her overdone eyes and pinched nose, very weird and scary looking.
She’s made a rod for her own back from a very early age, now she’s started she’ll have to keep it up and take more risks having multiple surgeries as time goes on if she wants to keep her ‘look’ and what if surgery goes bad?
Hence why she had those surgeries...Yolanda and Gigi are naturally pretty, Bella on the other hand looked like her father, who looks like a tanned troll... Now Bellalien makes Gigi the homely looking one. 👽

Bella looked straight up like her Father before she had her plastic surgery. In fact Bella, & her Brother take looks after their Dad, & GiGi more after their Mom.
The downside to buccal fat removal is when you hit your 50s. Gravity kicks in, everything starts sliding its way south, & without that bit of fat in your cheeks, you end up looking uber gaunt.😬

There is! I found this out when I had consultations. With darker skin you typically have thicker skin so the surgeon requires more skill for yiu to have a defined shape. Mine compared it to if you get a can of Coke and put a thin Muslin cloth over it. Vs if you put a thicker flannel over it. You can see the shape more in lighter skinned patients because they have thinner skin
I don’t like the break in her nose. She should augment her bridge a little bit. Not trying to be jealous, I think she looks very pretty but the nose does not look good. High bridges look very elegant
her bite looked crooked when younger, so orthognathic surgery for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic might be what happened. Couple oral surgeons in NYC have commented this to me.
Her nose doesn’t look natural it looks collapsed, She’s beautiful nonetheless but considering she also does cocaine her nose will just get thinner and thinner with time, it’s a timebomb really. I had a septorhinoplasty six years ago, it looked perfect post op but I had to endure another one just a few days ago bc the first surgeon took way too much bone and cartilage from the bridge and also the tip started to look too protected… the tip of my nose looked defined like hers, but it started to shift to my left side. The asymmetry didn’t stopped people from commenting on how beautiful and “defined” my nose looked, because were normalizing this kind of noses as “beautiful”, and they’re the opposite! it’s dangerous, the skin is clearly too thin and suffering. And the bones in my bridge were too thinned out and that caused horrible headaches with mildly cold weather. I didn’t asked for that type of nose, that was all my sugeon doing what he wanted. Be careful please ! At least she won’t have problems affording another rhinoplasty with a cartilage graft in a few years, because she will need it!!
omg same thing has happened to me but i havent yet decided on a second operation to fix what the first operation did to my nose. im afraid i may fall across a stupid incompetent plastic surgeon again and thus i keep postponing it. he thinned my nose bridge too much. how did the surgeon fix yours?

@@riateor2243 I was hesitant about finding a good plastic surgeon as well, bc in my country there’s not that many options on nose revision specialists, so this 2nd surgery was done by a otorhinolaringologist who specializes in nose surgery, not a plastic surgeon. She was considering a cartilage graft taken from my ear, but when performing the surgery they decided it was not necessary and used cartilage from my septum and also from the tip implant the other surgeon botched. I would advice you to do a revision surgery and your doctor can assess on whether you need a graft or not, the problem in postponing it is the skin gets thinned out as well overtime and sometimes it doesnt recover to a full extent even after revision surgery, you may have a dent in your nose skin for a couple of years or even permanently so be careful!

I am going to show this to my teen daughters because like so many young girls and women they aspire to look like these women and feel inadequate when then can't not knowing that this isn't natural. My daughters are naturally beautiful but society is hard on women's self esteem.
Take a look at Stephanie Lange and Lorry Hill here on yt. They both talk a lot of female beauty standards and Lorry in particular has really helped lift the veil behind all the plastic surgery that goes on in Hollywood.
You all love saying this bullshit AFTER they get surgery😒 I highly doubt you would have been saying this prior to her surgeries. Khloe Kardashian is the perfect example of this two sided nonsense. For years she was completely obliterated for her natural features then when she finally gets surgery people claimed she looked better before. Stop it with the BS
I think a lot of celebs hide their 1st rhinoplasty under the guise of deviated septum correction and they consider it a repair or medical reconstruction (think Ashley Tisdale). But as many you tube plastic surgeons have said, those are two different procedures done at the same time.
It looks like her nose is about to fall off she is definitely on the train to Michael Jackson town. I don’t think anyone should ever ask for surgery to look like someone else. Bella doesn’t even look like Bella
I don't like judgements on someone's physical beauty. We are different and look different and all kinds of appearance deserve respect. But she is just a totally different person in terms of physical appearance from her original self. Bella is gone. Bella 2.0 is present. It is the details - the shape of the eye, the nose, the arch of the eyebrows, that distinguish us from one another. If shapes and proportions are changed - it is a face of a different person. Another thing - what will she have to do in her 40s, her 50s and later and how will her tissues react to the current and future procedures? Anyone decides. I may change my mind. But now to me cutting, breaking and extensively interfering surgically with something that is healthy and not disfigured is not a good idea.
Pretty sure my head has gotten bigger as I've aged. I'm 44 now and my 5 head is now a 7 head. My nose is getting larger as I age too definitely not smaller.
Well here's another one who completely bought a new face, she looks nothing like herself. There's hope for everyone who don't want to associate with themselves if the have lots of money. Still I think erasing your entire identity is very sad

I want to know how this much augmentation ages with someone? When you’re this young doing things this radical there’s no way to account for what nature will continue to do…I just don’t see it ending up well. Although, by that time there’s so many millions she won’t care.

Yeah, my feet went from size 7 to size 9!!...9!!!!
she looks older, kinda shock to know she was younger than me
Well here's another one who completely bought a new face, she looks nothing like herself. There's hope for everyone who don't want to associate with themselves if the have lots of money. Still I think erasing your entire identity is very sad
Oh my. Why would she tell people she never had plastic surgery....when she obviously has? And why would you ever have plastic surgery to look like that?
When Carla Bruni is your idol.
I like his honesty. It's so obvious anyway, and it's ridiculous for these people not to own it.
I appreciated the end where you explored your thoughts.
I think most famous women have had work done, but the Hadid and Kardashian girls have taken it to a new level..
I want to know how this much augmentation ages with someone?
When you’re this young doing things this radical there’s no way to account for what nature will continue to do…I just don’t see it ending up well.
Although, by that time there’s so many millions she won’t care.
It’s sad she got so much work done so young. Who knows how it will age!
She's already halfway to Jocelyn Wildenstein.
Hey Dr Gary would love to sit down with you for a while and ask how does a surgeon manage to make her eyes look much bigger and more spread. Incredible!!!! Love the video as always Paula in uk
