For example I’ve seen women with slightly curved ‘strong’ noses that are entirely in keeping with the facial aesthetic, and can be so beautiful. And, why you had the procedure and what did you look for when choosing your surgeon ? I want to know what questions would be asked if 2 doctors were involved. One as the performing doctor and the other as the client or patient. Thank you

When I pull my hair into a tight pony tail on the top of my head I look like my old self so that my surgery free solution for now lol. I thought I would have to get some sort of eye lid lift or something lol. I want to keep my hooded eyelids just bring back the youthful more slanted eye appearance. Good to know botox or threading can do that rather than something more invasive!
What if you’ve decided to tattoo your eyebrows and decided later on to tweak a little bit here and there off of your face, but still want to look natural, more along the fluid lines? Would the tattooed brows get in the way?

I’d like to find out where the Housewives are going and what they’re doing. Most of them look amazing. Orange County, BevHills etc... Alexis is off the show along with Gwen They messed up badly. Some women overdue everything way before they need anything.
I’m late to your channel....but is it realistic to have someone come to you with who they want to look like? Do you try to steer them to the best version of themselves? How much pressure are you under to say put a celebrity nose onto a face where it just wouldn’t look good? The patient will go to some doctor that will do it....so do you make them happy? Compromise?
Truthfully, I thought this was her natural look. Never thought that she did any type of surgery but then again I am a non-American that has never watched her reality show but yeah whoever did her surgery did a great job. Hats off to them.
I’m 43. Is it too late? I just want to be symmetrical, I want my proportions tweaked. I think I look incredibly crooked, like a had a stroke, but I know that’s more to do with scrutiny (why I have done away with selfies and mirrors) and impossible standards and comparisons. I have “nice” facial features, I’ve been referred to as striking and beautiful for most of my life, but I have never really embraced that. At my height 5’10” I’ve felt awkward and only ever wanted to blend in. I was stared at a lot before people started staring at their phones and I never recognized those stares as flattery, instead I saw people seeing me as grotesque. Then I adopted a young girl, I heard her saying she felt people staring at her and I realized no one stares at something unappealing, they might but they’d look away, they wouldn’t want to catch eye contact. It took me trying to save her from self hatred to recognize that I was beautiful. So now, I see what little I have left fading and would like to enjoy feeling pretty for a little bit, and I have to wonder if I’m even salvageable? Is there anything fixable? Can proportional beauty and symmetry be achieved at this point or am I’m bogged down with jowls and suppleness loss?
If people have referred to you as beautiful for most of your life, then it is unlikely that your features are very crooked. As we get older, we fade into invisibility- young beautiful women have their turn. We should be grateful for what we had, and just be thankful that we're lucky enough to not be dead yet.
I think she had at least two surgeries. There’s an in between look - a look she had when she started to model with Vogue - before the one you show in the “after” photo.
Are you married? Lol No but in all reality, you are extremely knowledgeable and you explain things very well and in a manner that the rest of us can understand it. Thanks for taking the time to make quality content! 💜
Is no one happy with their nose in Hollywood??? It seems to be the inaugural surgery for most and then they go on to other tidbits like their boobs and butt. I had no idea Kendall had any work done until I saw her before and after nose pix on Bing. The lips and brow lift is brand new information. We all know what her sister Kylie has had done. QUESTION: Does the good doctor only access the facial area for surgical work? What about the rest of the body?
I think her nose is just contoured because up close her bridge is the same without the shading and highlighting to make it slimmer. That of course is my opinion and I’m no plastic surgeon, but I’ve watched a lot of makeup videos where a wide nose can be snatched with some makeup.
She was not a looker before the surgeries... secondly if you want to talk about who the best looking sister is you have to include personality, and that goes to Kourtney who may not be considered the most beautiful but she is the full package.
Her nose job is great, almost perfect but for my taste her lips are a tiny bit too much and could look at least a tiny bit more natural, but in the end I feel like some people did a great job at all. Jackpot for her 👍 she looks great!
We ALL alter our looks in some way. Whether it's our hair, brows, using make up. No difference then plastic surgery. Doubt anyone who wears make up daily would feel comfortable stop wearing make up. Or stop dying their hair. So no judgment here.
I think every one of the Kardashian Jenners has had work done on their nose. Khloe got called out for it because hers was the most obvious, the biggest change from her old nose.
To be fair, I think she has a congenital nose defect and I think her mom actually has the same thing to a mild degree so that is something that runs genetically and sadly can rob one of their natural beauty the other girls didn't have the nose deformity.
totally! horrible... I like that people look different, but even here in Germany I see more and more people with those fat lips and nose jobs and they all look the same, so fake.
I don’t think her nose was done. I just think her nose is less spread out as she lost a large amount weight and it changed her face from when she was a young teen. Lips yes plumped

Good question! The only software I'm familiar with is what my patients have mentioned - Photoshop, Facetune, etc.
I still think she had an eyebrow lift. If she did get botox to give the effect of lifting her brows, would she have to keep doing it forever to keep them lifted?
Yup cuz Botox doesn't even last a year.
@@Harlow_Khmer that's what i was wondering ...wow... Apparently there is a double chin injection u can get that last forever with just 1-2 doses, i forget the name but i was looking into it bc i always have one no matter how much weight i loose. Anyways, i was wondering if there was something more permanent she could get, besides a lift, or if she stops we would see her eyes change ...
@@LTilli313 it's called kybelline(Korean version) and the American version is called kybella but I heard that hurts more
@@LTilli313 you can buy kyleen yourself and do the injections yourself I've seen so many people on RUclips doing it
@@LTilli313 RUclips kybelline. There's a light skin black chick, gorgeous, that's been doing it herself in her tummy area. You'll find others on RUclips doing the same!
Yes Doctor, I have a question. Did you have plastic surgery and who did you trust to perform the procedure (s); a colleague or friend, yourself (detailed instructions your surgeon had to follow), or a retired surgeon perhaps only teaching medical students? And, why you had the procedure and what did you look for when choosing your surgeon ? I want to know what questions would be asked if 2 doctors were involved. One as the performing doctor and the other as the client or patient. Thank you
My native American side blessed me with hooded eye lids but now as I have aged they are making my eyes look heavy and old.
I’ve noticed that you have vitiligo on your hands, I do as well. Is there any treatments that you would recommend?
Thanks for watching 🙏 What would you like me to discuss in my next video?
Ethnic nose rhinoplasty please ❤🙏🏻
What about the rest of her body? I'm assuming fro.yiur video you think she hasn't had any work done besides her face? Do you do any other body procedure besides breast implant?
Hello Dr Motykie, love your work! ☺️🙏🏽 thank you for this channel! Would you please consider discussing surgery for double chin instead of kybella or liposuction and who would be a good candidate? I have a stubborn fat pocket under my chin and have done kybella before and it seemed to almost make it more noticeable 🥴 thank you doc! 🙏🏽☺️
Fillers , do or don’t ?
Perfect skin care routine for normal to dry face with the most effective products available, as well as additional preventative treatments. Ty Doc👌
I’d like to find out where the Housewives are going and what they’re doing. Most of them look amazing.
Orange County, BevHills etc... Alexis is off the show along with Gwen
They messed up badly.
Some women overdue everything way before they need anything.
Trouble is, tissue and skin changes with time. in these cases it won't be natural changes on the altered parts.
OMg and Kendall was the only untouched one. She and Court were my faves
Filters vs. fat grafting! Please
That video is up on my channel: ruclips.net/video/4ErlU-ZOnWg/видео.html 😀
Sharon Stone is a timeless beauty! I wonder how many people bring her photos...
Hi Dr. 👋 is it a must to bring in with you a type of nose you like to the consultation appointment?
Wish pics are definitely helpful, but we have albums upon albums of noses for you to pull inspiration from when you're at your appointment!
@@GaryMotykie got it. Thank you Dr. 😊
I think she had at least two surgeries. There’s an in between look - a look she had when she started to model with Vogue - before the one you show in the “after” photo.
Can you make any videos for man liposuction on the abs area. High definition liposuction???? Thank you
Just leave your face alone. No reason for young people to do this to your face. Unless it’s a medical problem just embrace you.
Thank you Dr Gary 🇬🇧❤️
It’s crazy that most of them deny the things they’ve done.
can you please do more on male celebrities thank you!
She looked better before. Now she's heading for the pointy-faced cat look.
Can you do a video about non surgical fat transfer please
I was told when I was 19 that I was a twin to Ursula Andress …..45 years later do you think we can fix me up?
Are you married? Lol
No but in all reality, you are extremely knowledgeable and you explain things very well and in a manner that the rest of us can understand it.
Thanks for taking the time to make quality content!

Are there scientific studies regarding the long term effects of plastic surgery on anyone under 20 years of age? Thank you Dr. Motykie.
I thought to be a model you needed to be a natural beauty.
Years ago that was true, not today….
Kendall was always very pretty
I think she was far prettier being natural and not seeking perfection. But then again, I live in Northern CA.
Young Kendall seems prettier. I think the “perfect “ geometric aesthetic has become boring
Think there was nothing wrong with her original look. Lips are supposed to be thinner on top.
What about the rest of the body?
t would be great to hear you do an overview of Elizabeth Taylor's cosmetic surgeries.
I think her nose is just contoured because up close her bridge is the same without the shading and highlighting to make it slimmer. That of course is my opinion and I’m no plastic surgeon, but I’ve watched a lot of makeup videos where a wide nose can be snatched with some makeup.
nope, not in this case. other surgeons concur. Makeup can only do so much. Of course there is Photoshop !
She was not a looker before the surgeries... secondly if you want to talk about who the best looking sister is you have to include personality, and that goes to Kourtney who may not be considered the most beautiful but she is the full package.
Your social media manager said Proactive in a very shady way.
Her nose job is great, almost perfect but for my taste her lips are a tiny bit too much and could look at least a tiny bit more natural, but in the end I feel like some people did a great job at all. Jackpot for her 👍 she looks great!
On the left Kendall looks more like Khloe, on the right more like her mom
We ALL alter our looks in some way. Whether it's our hair, brows, using make up. No difference then plastic surgery. Doubt anyone who wears make up daily would feel comfortable stop wearing make up. Or stop dying their hair. So no judgment here.
But makeup comes off at the end of the day and dye fade over a couple weeks. Not like it is easy getting a new face.
@@72586jejones point is it's all fake. Who sees us at the end of the day? We put on makeup to cover up ourselves.
2:00. YES a lot of celebrities get lip surgery to look like ME
? Dr, can you do a VDO on Asian rhinoplasty?
Can I bring a picture of my younger self? I love being me.
Isn't she kinda young for plastic surgery ? Key word - plastic. All of the Kardashians have image issues. They need a therapist not a surgeon 🙄
You should make a video about Angelina Jolie
But does your nose keep growing after you've altered it? And if so, wouldn't it be best to OVERDUE it a little, to consider that growth?
Far more reasonable and realistic opinion than the insanity that is happening in Lori Hill's channel.
She looks more like Emily Ratajkowski than Kendall Jenner.
You are so damn cute Dr and funny luv n blessings from UK😍
Thank you! Stay tuned ✨
I want him to do one on Chloe.
She's beautiful! Well done enhancements. I'm interested in seeing as she ages.
I like your dry sense of humour Dr. Motykie
All these women are looking alike - very Stepford.
Literally it’s like their copying and pasting the same facial features on to each other’s faces
totally! horrible... I like that people look different, but even here in Germany I see more and more people with those fat lips and nose jobs and they all look the same, so fake.
She went from white to middle eastern 😂
My favorite plastic surgeon RUclipsr!
I loved her original looks that reminded me of Khloe. She does still looks beautiful yet I do still prefer her original natural beautiful looks.
I don't mind the surgery. I mind her denying it. And thinking people are that dim and would not notice such obvious changes.
I don’t think her nose was done. I just think her nose is less spread out as she lost a large amount weight and it changed her face from when she was a young teen. Lips yes plumped
You did amazing! 😇
She’s very lucky to have parents that can afford the best plastic surgery. Past tense obviously. Now she can afford it herself.
