I loved seeing this selection of your books - thank you so much for sharing - it’s inspiring & motivating to see another person’s work. I’ve just finished constructing my first seeded notebook & now I’m enthusiastic to begin filling it.

So great to see these, Meredith. I'm especially taken with the prepositions book and the seeded journals.

Wonderful! I too made many journals during Covid. Mostly prints from my gelli plate. I love the addition of calligraphy. Some of my journal pages stick together. How did you prevent that?

I didn’t prevent it. They do sometimes stick and I have to unstick them. I did at one time add a layer of art that was painted with tempera.

Your calligraphy is beautiful. Could you recommend a class or teacher and type of pen for a beginner? About how long should I plan to spend learning? Just wondering since I’m old and there are a few other things I’d like to learn, too ;o) Thank you.

I just joined the Portland society for calligraphy. They offer lots of online classes. Find a beginner class with them and you will be guided well.
