Looks like this company is taking advantage of the capabilities of Fusion 360. However, the initial designs are shaped by an artist who recognizes interesting functional forms and kudos to the workers doing all the manual post work once the CNC cuts the individual pieces.
Most likely Fusion 360... Grasshopper is just an offset line plug-in for Rhino. Fusion 360 has a slicer add-on that allows you to define the cross patterns the furniture has.

Nothing really special that I’ve never seen before in architecture schools......for the few individuals that have been to architecture schools, you’ll see all of these design language......in fact, architecture schools are more inspiring! Sorry, but this furniture designer is so original.
