Yeah, what was created by the village/Irumyuui - all villagers included - can only exist within it. And yeah, Irumyuui's mental state/capability at this point, is basically the same level as Mitty's.

ok so this is just a little tidbit on becoming hollows within Irumyuui.
so because She needed to absorb more, irumyuui consumed the body and soul of "willing" travelers
in exchange for "value" and "(ghost)hollow bodies" based on their desires.
they cannot leave the village nor die of age.
but their life is now forever tied to Irumyuui
