Wizard of Oz is one of those omnipresent peices of media that gets referenced in 5 other shows per year.
It'd be like not knowing who Superman is, or not getting a Star Wars reference. It's one of those things that even if you haven' seen the original work; you should understand what's going on~

Perry and doof's relationship works as a twisted therapy Session, where doof channels his past traumas trough inators wich caused perry to be sent to stop him, then he tells about the traumas to perry after catching him in a trap, so he has someone to listen to him so he can unload the emotional baggage and come in peace with his past
the fact that he never repeats motives for his Inators (other than messin´with Rogger), is both wholesome and concerning

What I love about phineas and ferb is that (almost) every episode makes sense, and yet even if we gave you context for these out of context scenes, they'd still fit in an out of context video.
…on a totally un-related note, they weren't in a giant tangle of yarn at the end, it was liquorice. Also, the cut to Candice saying “Not!” was not an edit.

It takes place in the same universe as and same city as Phineas and Ferb. Sometimes they make cameos, but Milo's Murphy's Law is not about Phineas and Ferb.
It's also a lot more plot oriented then Phineas and Ferb.

The short Dan Povenmire has about Marty the Rabbit Boy and his Musical Blender will probably give just enough context to ask another couple of questions, but is great background for how he was created.
My favorite thing about the Inexplicable Giant Floating Baby Head (official name) is that even they don’t know where it came from. Even in the last song of season 4, they said, “but we’re still baffled by the giant floating baby head.” 🤣
If you do watch an episode, I’d recommend the rollercoaster musical one because it goes over a lot of the things that have happened in the show

I carefully picked those clips and edited the video so that it would make absolutely no sense to the casual viewer. I'm glad I succeded :D
At the end, that is exactly what they're doing. They decided that they would reconstruct the gordian knot(or something similarly untyable)and spend a day untying it as a group activity.
Nearly every episode has a unique song in it. I think a couple of the early ones didn't at most.

And I'm seeing people saying you should watch the whole series, which I would also be on board for. However, I think it's important to say that even though it doesn't seem like it at first glance, there is actually some slight amount of continuity in this show, so if you react to an episode, it might be best to watch the first one. It's a good one :)

1:14, it’s actually quite vague about that. An early trailer for the show claimed Phineas and Ferb were nine but its content was never in the show proper. In the episode Phineas and Ferb’s Quantum Boogaloo, they go ten years to the future and the future version of their mother says they’re thirty implying them to be ten but in the episode Act Your Age set ten years into the future Phineas and Ferb have just graduated from High School and are preparing for college implying them to be eight in the main show but it’s not consistent in this regard

You should definitely watch the show, the context helps it make sense, but it also adds so much more comedy to the scenes you've already seen.

To clarify, there's a lot of small things that make watching all the episodes in order worth it
Oh yes! Plaese watch the series! But also please do it in the order of release and not just jump on random episodes, the character progress would be not understood properly that way and also some jokes would be weird (because the show often makes references to itself)

After watching all of these Phineas and Ferb videos- i'm even more confident that you should watch it's sister show 'Milo Murphy's Law'- Honestly the humour is just as good and the main character is voiced by weird Al Yankovic- which i think is pretty neat :>

I don't know if this has already been posted, but here's the context for Perry as Candace and Vice Versa, Phineas, and Ferb were building a couple of teleporters because they saw one on TV, and when Candace and Perry accidentally went through the Teleporter they switched bodies, only Perry was unaware that they switched and went to HQ as normal until Monogram and Carl noticed that he looked different, they thought it was just a disguise, and he went to battle Doof as Candace, oh, and the boys and Candace try to find Perry so they can switch Perry and Candace back to normal.
Actually Baljeet's doctor ninja thing is from an episode where they just make random tv programs. That's why he has that "title"

I have some Phineas and Ferb song suggestions: City of Love, Whatcha Doin, Rollercoaster, Snuck Your Way Right Into my Heart, Big Honkin Hole in my heart, and Tatooine. City of love is Isabella singing to Phineas in Paris. Watcha Doin is also Isabella singing on how she always comes to Phineas and Ferbs to see what phineas is doing. Rollercoasters is literally just a bop. Snuck your way right into my heart is the song that the band love handel (the band they are getting back together) sings for phineas and ferbs mom and dad’s anniversary. Tatooine is an amazing opening song to the Star Wars cross over.
And brand new reality he'll love that one because of the gaint inexplicable floating baby heads

I love how everyone casually avoids one mind-bending reality which is, platypuses are endangered, which makes the entire Flynn-Fletcher family criminals. As a matter of fact, everyone who knows that they own an endagered species and doesn't tell the authorities, is a criminal. Let that sink in.
I think you really would enjoy watching an entire episode of Phineas ans Ferb. There is also a fanmade musical called "Musical Without a Cool Acronym" which is pretty good in my opinion. Just in case you're interested :)
