That first excercise is life changing.
I can barely get my right leg up what are the benefits ?
@@JJ-ks3moi have an idea. put ur hands under ur bum while u do it and soon u will be able to do it without ur hands under
@@JJ-ks3moYou don’t have to use a roller or anything that height. Go as far as your leg will go and then try to get a little higher
The first exercise opened my stiff hip and the muscles are tingling.
yeah, i have a lamber curve, because of the weak hip 😢
Keep going !
Straight to the point, appreciate it

@@Jan.Mendez I respect any religion but your comment doesn't fit with the comment you replied to, neither the video. Bot?

Turn away from ur sins, u've been saved, forgiven and washed in the blood of Jesus Christ the Lamb of God. Come to Jesus Christ
See? Theres all these videos of doctors talking about whats best but what people need for hip problems is something like this from an athletic point of view. And squats, lunges, etc. Strength is the best management for hip problems. Not a pill, not a stretch, but things like this. Thank you.
stretching an strength training go an in hand to build strength an not injure Urself u need good mobility doesn't make sense being able to squat 500lbs but not be able to touch ur toes or ass to grass on a squat of just 200
Tf😂😂😂😂
Stretching is a part of your mobility, strengthening allows you to balance and hold your weight and beyond...
Stability is gained through repetition. We need stability, and mobility. Without that your pain will get worse...
because the hospitals want to make money obviously they don’t actually help you unless your bleeding out and need surgery
I had to drop everything and give this video a try. It was worth it! Thank you!
Me too, dropped the beer on my wifes head and jumped into the first Exercise, amazing feeling
@@UberBossPure 😂 living up to that username
Glad he has his youth, mobility, and strength still!

Definitely good moves for young
Trying it now. Hy hips and hams are super tight, so I'm gonna incorporate that at the end of my flexibility and mobility day. 🤙
How's it going so far? I got the same issue after being injured, I can reach my toes while standing but not while sitting on the ground, so I wanna know if this video did help

@@Jan.MendezWhat makes me believe? What’s so convincing
First one is fantastic for people who sit all day which is most of us
Thank you, I first saw you video a few months ago now my hips no longer hurt. I

Thank You ❤

Saving this video
Thank you. Perfect set to rep ratio range
Thank you Brother ✨✨✨. Did it for the first time this am, def feel the burn. Stay blessed 🙏🏾🖤✨✨✨.
Trying to do the first one with your core engaged is hell on earth lol
Cautionary note from 57 year male regular training: beware 'Fire Hydrant' mobility move. It induced Sciatic nerve pain. I thought I was in trouble. Cease and desist on the fire hydrant move and no further pain. Promise I'm experienced enough to specify that it was this move that I isolated and eliminated. Just sharing my personal experience.
This video is super helpful!!
This is how you become muscle bound
That first one the truth! Itll show you which side is stronger
Great for the hips and lower abs👍
Thank you this works I beat kids in racing who I couldn’t before and I also got more flexible I can run faster
Wooooo I just finished and the burn and heat feel good. Perfect amount of reps thank you
Mahalo bro I’m Doing these each day to help with body and head kicks for Kickboxing / Muay Thai 🤙🏽👊🏾🔥
Thank you so muuuch 😊
I have a neuro muscular disease and I've got very weak hips only 52 years old but this is fantastic! thank you thank you
Jesus Christ my quads cramped so hard on the first one. I have been trying to figure out what my weakness with hips are because most mobility drills are quite easy and I’m flexible in most. I couldn’t even do that first one.
I run cross country and need more hip strength hopefully this helps!
There's a popping sound when I do the fire hydrant and hip circles - I hope that means it's working - I'll research it 😊
TIME SCAPE°~
My hips are stiff as hell, gonna work on these so hopefully that changes. Appreciate it !
First one is crucial
Thanks bro, my hips are my biggest weakness. My right hip has been sore for about a month now but I never thought anything of it until yesterday it completely locked up my leg and I couldn’t move it forward. I don’t really know what’s going on but I’m tryna fix it.
how long of doing these made your hip pain go away?
@@Tyler-xe8mt I’ve been doing them everyday since but it took about 2 weeks of doing them to get them to stop hurting and locking up
Finna do these on my off days i wanna get that mobility back on point
Great job.you help lots of people.do more.good bless.😊😊

Easy and effective. Thank you
The area at the start (upper) quad kind of hurt when doing the 1st one
Ty dear
Great mobility drills🔥👍
Quick question - when should we do these? Before leg workout? Or everyday before any workouts ??
I like that !
Can you do the same video for mobility Work ankle and hips please ?
More longer
I'm starting this today
How tall is that orange tube...12 inches?
Bout to jump in! Thank you

Is my thigh supposed to be burning?
Got it!!! Can you do these or should you do any of this with a hip flexor strain, which is pretty much micro tears!
Thanks bra
I have a weak left hip and strong right leg and hip . Totally put my body out

I can actually do these joints !!
How many reps per set my G?
Dude I just bought that same exact foam roller recently. Barely a week old.
How long before we start to feel progress (roughly)?
What are the progression of these exercises

Its just little bubbles of air popping don’t worry it’s completely find
Im a fat hawaiian dude working on my weight. Is there a “beginner” version of the first one?
Goin' to do it for boxin'
For?
If I use bands while doing this and work my way up is that a good plan? I am doing boxing for fitness and want to focus more on the areas that are important
Fire hydrant 😆💀
If only Bo had known.
Would you consider this more of a stretch or a “workout” for my hip!? Ty ❤
More of a workout tbh, a stretch is more so holding a position to “stretch” the muscle out
Oh my bad! It was on the screen! Lol think I need glasses now. lol 😅
🎉
What is this beat?
🙌👍🏻
Hi, can’t do the froggy one. Are you kidding me?
I can’t even sit straight when my legs are straight is this hip mobility or something else
