    Another quality video Stuart. Best part was explaining the difference between roll/flip and correct release. I think its gets confusing for alot of golfers because these two moves are very closely linked but have very different outcomes.

    I’m finding it’s brilliant coaching. Sometimes I forget to aim the handle at the ball on the downswing and it’s not so effective. When I do and also push down its sweet spot. More importantly another common issue I have is when oil focus on feet pressure I must be over doing it as I sometimes lean back and stay there . The ball then pushes to the left .( lefty) should I use foot pressure gradually as you look at ease with it.

      Posture grip takeaway connection (all important). Broom drill affirmation of above BUT more importantly was confidence gained from concentration on pushing handle down and getting through the shot. Would urge all to trust it. Brilliant drills

    Question: your grip specifically left hand is strong and it looks cupped, but it isnt cupped because in the video you if you cup your wrist then it will go right. Or am I getting mixed up?

    Hallo again, does this mean the pull/push on the handel takes place in the intire swing and the Arms lower in the pull phase of the Club and push against the straightening of the left leg? Best wishes👍

      The pull out with the handle is in the pull phase and push down and push up happen at impact, if that’s what you mean? Thanks Peter for the fab question! Best wishes Stu

    Hi Stuart, when I see slomo videos of golf swings it looks as though the handle at impact is higher than at address. How does this fit with the "pushing down" you describe? Is it something to do with the wrist cock/uncocking?

    • @GoodGolfCoaching
      @GoodGolfCoaching  Год назад

      Hi John - the handle must absolutely rise through strike, the head is swinging (pushing the handle up) and the angle (forward bend) of the spine, and the nature of rotation around that axis will absolutely make the handle rise up through at impact, but this point of rise is not an absolute in terms of location. Many variables make this point different. I think a video could be coming on! 🤔 Hope that helps in some way, sorry I can’t be more precise. Best wishes Stu 😊

    How do you push the light end down without smashing the club into the ground. When I do it in slow motion I can do what you do. But when I’m full swing, it increases the likelihood of hitting the ground before ball… 😢

      Thanks, I was looking more for education on movement, motion more anatomical. I’m a born again believer of Jesus Christ so I wasn’t really looking for ideology or pantheistic beliefs. Just wanted resources on anatomical action-reaction. Thanks again.

      It’s funny how we are all different. What I like about Stuart’s teaching is he’s teaching cause and effect and the reasons behind the issues rather than throwing out cheep quick fix’s that might not be appropriate to you or me etc. I get how that might seem complicated though but I like it 👍
