You give us rebbutals about Agree answer and ask I am not in USA how can I use it and also tell me some time people ask me scammer but we work for insurance companies that are in USA . I have a very important question! So upline and downline are two different things. I’m an independent agent and sell final expense with Royal Neighbors. I have an IMO, who I needed to go through in order to get into RNA. I have some fellow agents who I would like to bring into Royal Neighbors. From what I understand, I would start a downline. My question is what happens if one of my agents gets a chargeback on a policy they sold? Is this something I have to worry about? They are the ones who have to pay it back and not me right? What if they quit and bail, then who pays for the chargeback? Would it be my IMO that pays the chargeback?

The agent would be responsible for the charge back because with each carrier they signed a contract

Whats the starting comp % for a beginner agent and whats the highest they can go??? And also will you be a captive or independent agent?? Just curious
You can start as low as 12% - goes up to about 150%
