Your second comparison, I’m calling it a wash. Like you said, the mp burrs was at a finer setting. But would really want to know how comandante would compare to the df64 mp burrs if they were both at the same grind size. Keep the df64 mp burrs at 41 ticks. According to JKim, each tick of df64 is 10.4 micron. That’s 426 microns at 41 ticks. So on the Comandante, each click is 30 microns. 426 divided by 30 is roughly about 14 clicks. So it would be interesting to see which one you would prefer when comparing apples to apples.

I have a K plus and I notice with similar grind size, it produces fair bit more fines and always makes the top of my coffee bed “glossy” hence longer drawdown time…..FYI, the grind adjustment is set to closer to 7.
