Microsoft Photos App not Working/Not Opening/Crashing/Slow in Windows 10,11 {Two Solutions}

Photos app/Microsoft Photos not working or not opening in Windows 10 or Windows 11? You can fix it easily by these two methods.
Method 1: Right click on the start button - settings - apps - installed apps - photos - click on the three dots against Photos - advanced options - reset.
Method 2: If the method 1 doesn't work, please uninstall and reinstall the photos app as shown in the video.
Restart your computer to apply the changes. hope it helps!

@@caiosx22 simply type display settings in windows search then navigate to > Advance display > display adapter properties > colour management > select sRGB IEC61966-2.1 as default

I reinstall photos app but still there is red images when opening with the app any solution
Edit : if anyone has this type of problem you just simply need to change colour profile in graphics settings
