Hurricane Debby is making landfall in Florida and is expected to dump large amounts of rain in the southeast this week.
Debby is the second hurricane of the Atlantic season.
It is currently forecast to take its time getting to its final destination, perhaps stalling again over the Atlantic and re-gaining strength, dumping a couple of feet of rain onto areas in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
