HALLELUJAH! Thank you. I just spent a good hour and a half following through Facebook's own instructions and various other googled results. I resorted to browsing through any settings page that seemed like it might include reviews. "Page & Tagging" was not somewhere I thought I would find review settings. Gr. Thank you sooo much!!!

Hey Tim , I tried this but what I’m running into is I can see the reviews tab and it’s easily accessible on my admin view or logged into the page . However my clients when viewing it on their mobile don’t see any review tab ; it’s gone. The only way they can see reviews is by going into the “about tab” scroll to the bottom where the reviews are at the end . I’m worried this will influence buyers when they can’t easily navigate or see the reviews tab right off the bat. Have you heard of this problem? Wondering if it may be a glitch and if it might be good to switch back to classic and then back to the new experience to force it to recreate the layout and possible make the review tab appear. Or maybe the new experience take the review tab away from the mobile experience. Any insight would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Great question! When you look up your Facebook Page on a mobile device the reviews are located in the top section labeled Details. 🙂 It is the 4th Item from the top and has a Star Icon. Unfortunately, it's not a very noticeable feature on mobile.
@@TimArmstrongmarketing I have the same problem and not seeing details section can only access reviews from the about page and most clients wouldnt know how to do that, where as desktop view has the reviews tab visible

Same question as the others. I have all the settings arranged but I want to create a "Leave a Review" button, or some other means to easily direct our clients to that button so they can easily leave a review. So far my questions gets the same answer...just like yours.

Totally undstand the amount of confusing information and bad advice and thank you for addressing that. But my issue is that I have my reviews enabled and they are showing up fine on desktop but not available on mobile. I have people wishing to leave reviews but are unable on their mobile.
It's easily overlooked. ....when I look at my mobile FB app I see that the reviews section appears in the details block. it's right under my website link.

Perfect. Thanks. Now, how to make the reviews tab show up on Facebook mobile so that people can leave a review? It appears on the desktop version, but not on the mobile version. The reviews that are already exist appear, but there's no tab for anyone else to leave a review on the mobile version.

Thank you so much for doing this video. I couldn't figure this out, I had reviews, and then they were gone. Was not really that intuitive to fix, so I now have my old reviews showing - thank you!!! Interestingly, in spite of now having reviews showing, I don't seem to have the button at the top called "Do you recommend - Yes / No" that I can see on other people's pages. Any idea how to get that, otherwise I can't get any new reviews - is it something to do with allowing others to leave posts on my business page?
Facebook Reviews are dead to me. I'm focusing on Google Reviews from now on. Much easier to work with.
@@TimArmstrongmarketing thats fair. we have over 300 five star reviews on google, just think I am probably missing out on some facebook ones... anyway, with a bunch of turning on and off continously, it eventually appeared. Still really appreciate your video though - got the ruddy thing turned on at least (I really don't like social media lol). Thanks again

It wasn't easy to find the answers, so I figured I'd share.
I hate Facebook. They are constantly changing all the menus and how pages are managed. I have rhe setting on to allow reviews but nobody can find where to leave the reviews for the page. I can't even find anything on the page to leave a review but I have this setting turned on.
To be honest. I've been generating a lot more quality traffic with RUclips.

I used to have a quick way to request a customer review in the inbox of business manager and it would send a request to my customer. I can't find it now. What's the best way to request a customer review?
I use Messenger if the client has opted into recurring notifications, if not I use an email template that I have set up in fastpages365 automations.
I have done this, but it is still not showing up on the phone app, I click more and it comes up with mentions, but no section for review?

my tab is on and I can see the reviews that were left prior, but I am not able to receive any new reviews. I toggle the switch on and off thinking it will default, but I still don't have a "leave a review" option.
This video was a public service, I am by no means a Facebook pro. For me it is a Love/Hate relationship.

Thx I found that toggle was on but I or my clients cannot find how to leave a review ?
You should see the reviews in the menu below your profile pic, when you click reviews it will ask "Do you recommend [your company]? that is where you can leave the review. If you don't see reviews in the menu, click the "more" drop down and it may be lurking in there. hope that helps!
Our "Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page" is turned on, but folks still can't leave reviews. Any ideas?
I'm sorry, but facebook is a tricky platform with frequent updates. Keep doing your good work, set up Google My Business and use Google Reviews.

Facebook is a love hate thing for me as well. I'm actually getting much better results from my youtube channel. Like 2 gazillion percent better. Lean on google reviews if you can.

My business page is connected to my personal profile, so when I go to the top right I have to click "see all profiles", but when I click my professional page that option for privacy, page and tagging doesn't pop up at all.

I created a new page to see if I'd get different options and I did. My page was created 10 years ago or so. I don't have the option to switch back n forth. Is there a way to update my old page?
I don't know of a solution to your issue. This video was created because it took forever to find the solution to what I was looking for. I guess when your company is valued at $320 Billion you don't have to worry about being helpful.
It allows people to leave recommendations but it wont show the rating stars 😢
FB is a prime example of a Gazillion dollar company that doesn't show it's users any love.

I have not noticed that it turns off automatically, sometimes I wish it would. I keep getting SPAM reviews from people using my reviews area to advertise.
