If I built my Hub that close to the edge, and in that configuration, I'd be yeeting myself off the cliff frequently. lol Time lapse music is humorous or haunting, and you don't do silly voices or bad singing. I like the commentary by the on-screen text. Could become an alter ego. 🙂 B for flashlight, for those alien nights. lol I miss belts all the time and don't realize for awhile.
nice start! when I start I usually make 24 biomass burners right off the bat. because a full container of solid biofuel is 24. and as a bonus it runs so slow at first I hardly have to collect after the first collection
@@StutteringJake yeah most people only build burners for the power they need. Since I build 24 burners right at the start, I don't normally have to refill until I'm almost at coal. And I don't rush to coal, this is after I automate all iron parts including smart plating
had the same happen to me but from update 5... but loved the game so ended up buying copy for steam this time and play from there :D so much improvement since i last played addictive.
Happened to me last night, my save was gone. I started a new game and played an hour or so. When I went to manually save it, my other file was now there. So, hopefully you got your save back.
Unfortunately mine was due to user error lol. I chose the wrong cloud backup synch (I bought it through epic) when I decided to make the jump to update 8. So my save was still there, it was just back at the 50 hour mark rather than the 200 hour mark. But congrats on getting yours back!
You ware wrong at begining. Your limestine might push out 120. But your belts can only carry 60. So splitting it into 3 constructors wasn't really beneficial. It be OK after you upgrade you belts to mk2. What I do in later game is I underclock the miner to make 90 or overclock to make 135 that way you have even split of 45 per constructor and avoid power consumption flactuation

Early game you can spam portable miners, then offload them into some containers, especially for concrete which is slow ...

I spawned in the Northern Forest and I definitely recommend this area. The coordinates are -432, -1441.
