Brother congratulations! I hope you enjoy every second of owning it. I'm sure you will. Biggest word of advice is, if you've never been in a high horsepower car then just learn how to handle the power first. Try to get to know the car as much as possible cause getting grip is the hardest thing to learn. Sometimes I grab the black key when in a rush and when I grab that key is the only time I can floor the car going pretty much any speed 🤣 it is not fun anymore though. Once you go Red there's no going black 😅
yeah im driving with the black key at the moment and I'm loving it. its so comfortable I could really drive it all day and I was pretty surprised about how good the mileage is with the black key and also considering I'm still doing the proper break in I haven't gone crazy. As you said I have never really driven a high hp car so I am taking it slow, I plan on keeping this car a long time@@naidel
Yeah this specific road gets a little bumpy but it's getting rebuilt. Guess they finally got US money and are putting money on good roads instead of their pockets. My driver LOVES driving from the northeast all the way down to Mexico everytime i want a video.
I feel the same way about driving my RT. Theres nothing like the sound of that V8 drowning out everything else. Just me and my car, nothing else matters.
Fully agree... The deep rumble of R/T is simply addictive, and the Hellcat rumble with compressor whine must be twice that:-) For me, silly European, even the little V6's purr brings smile on face... and in fact both GT (daily+) and R/T (therapy car) are not that bad when finally visiting a gas station.
Completely depends on the tire and street conditions. If you're asking about grip, then a good radial on a warm summer street, the car will hook perfectly. In the winter is the problem, it's not visible on this video but on the last pull it was floored at high RPMs and it actually broke traction. This doesn't happen in the summer at all. If you're debating whether a Narrow or a widebody just for tires, I got 315s on this narrow body and it works just fine. It does rub when I do a sharp right turn on one tire but I'm going to get that fixed. It only rubs on a plastic. About the power, the only thing I dislike about it is how much power it has 🤣🤣 car literally gets to 100+ in no time so it's just constant braking 😅
Yooo I'm glad you noticed that 🤣 literally let him run in front cause you never know if he was going to start acting all crazy around the car. Dude was literally going 90+ nonstop
Definitely not an expert in financial advice but I don't recommend that at all 🤣 I wish everyone got to experience what it feels to drive a hellcat especially a redeye. Not worth getting into the debt if you can't afford it though. Better to make an investment that can pay for the car instead of having to work for the car. 😅 and I'm sure it'll be better to build that z06 instead of getting into a hellcat lol
amazing video i just picked up my 2023 hellcat today and I'm loving it! I am still shocked on how fast it is even driving with the black key lol

Nice part of Mexico you were in. The parts of Mexico in eastern EU where I'm at are not as nice, but just as good for therapy 😉🤣

The gas station is the reality check lol but other than that the drive is worth it. Even if it's a short one.

This is one of my favorite roads to run some speed trials on in all of North Mexico
🤣 I'm glad they're finally putting their tax money into the road and instead of their pockets. They're laying some good road now.
oh the potholes...i love mexico
It's tough out there, luckily I haven't experienced a blown tire or snapped rim yet but let me not jinx myself
Do you feel like the power is too much for the street? I’m looking into a used narrow redeye and I like yours 👍
