Let me ask you this, the coach has more than half of JMU players over here, they played different style of football at that school. Do you really think this coach would be that good if they didn’t follow him over here and he had to start from scratch? That’s a good question. We all know he’s a good coach. But let’s face it, he didn’t start from scratch, he brought more than 10 players from JMU over here. Once these JMU players are gone, maybe we’ll see what kind of a coach he really is over here. especially at recruiting!

I think if we head into Michigan undefeated, the fan base will be 95% bought in. Get a win over Michigan, and it’s game on from here on out. May still get smoked by OSU, MAYBE. Our boys seem way tougher this year, so I hope it’s a dog fight.
The tough play is what I’m loving to see. Don’t think it’s ever been the MO of any iu teams. I hope he can string this along undefeated to Michigan game and then it’s pretty much wide open. If I was an NFL GM....my first pick would be the anomaly "ASHTON JEANTY💪" then Rourke🏈🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥all the predicted top QB's in the draft are trash! Rourke is NFL ready❤ the only thing that concerns me is his knee🙏
Mykes Brand made his name by getting rid of the thorn in the side of the NCAA. Knight wanted academic standards to be rigid and the NCAA wanted affirmative action level total removal of academic standards so poor black kids that didnt attend school could go to college
Yep and lowering the standards is never the answer. I know everything evolves and even knights best years were behind him. What we have now is a big money grab for the parents it seems like. It always amazes me how quickly we can throw away the ways of the old school coaches. Even though they made many mistakes there’s more to take away from doing things the right way. Great comment 👍
