I miss his laugh, but I just imagine it in my head. It would've been hilarious if the Re-Pac was also replaced with Toc. :P (I totally have an AU based off the game over screen, but no one will be able to read the whole thing due to its graphic nature)
@@Gorilla-r4g remaster lacks sound effects such as his laugh Alongside barely an animation when it comes to The "toc" sign replacing the "pac" logo. The music too feels very blank for some reason. Making it sound even more empty than it should be rather than the original version
They didn't fix the lack of SFX in the update. How disappointing. It shouldn't be that hard. Toc-Man already has a new laugh. (The one in the Boss cutscenes) Why didn't they used that?
No laugh sound from Toc-Man No sound for TOC being slammed onto the logo It only plays one of the maze intro tracks and then gives you silence until you press a button, unlike the original where it would through all 6 and then the logo would fall apart and crash down and then the game would go back to the title screen on it's own. Perfectly sums up how utterly soulless this remake is. I still got the platinum trophy for it, but good lord if I'm ever in the mood for Pac-Man World, I will play the PS1 original any day over this.
The lack of voice acting is deafening
I know right

@RabootGamez I think they were planning on doing that but they decided to go with the old one
It would have been better if it said "Toc-Man World Re-Toc."
I think it should be Toc Man World Re Toc.
YES!
Let's Re-TOC this scene, shall we?
I agree
Enter a alternate reality where Toc-Man eats Chibi Zombies.
THAT'S WHAT I WAS THINKING
It should, and they should put Pac-Mom as the villain to bring Ms. Pac-Man back.
I dont get why most remasters have to have empty game over screens
how is this empty? It's similar to the PS1 version.

@@Gorilla-r4g no it had the same music. Just more old school
@@YoshiDepression so is this remake worse than the GBA one?
Ah yes the new pac man game.
Toc-man world re-toc

Where’s his evil laugh?
its not in there
Or the electric sound
He's gone//se fue
Sadly, there's no voices in the game
They took his laugh. Can't have laughter on Ghost Island.
Toc-Man World Re-Pac
Pac removed the second Toc. How rude.
(Joking, but we can think that)
I’d prefer a mod where toc man is playable
Toc-Man World Re Toc??????

I'd die for a Toc-Man game, tbh...
Playing him in World Rally isn't the same. I want to go through a story as him like we can with Pac.
Evil Mode!!

Dang, this is not how I remember. The PS1 original did this screen way better...
this remake was a good improvement of the original, but i still liked the original a lot better. the gameboy advance version sucked.

To be fair, this is at least better than the GBA one.
No sounds
No evil laught
No no no :/
Just The Music…
Man, why would they just remove his laugh? It was good back in 1999.

Seems kinda lackluster compared to the original, if they kept his laugh, maybe it would be just as good.
@TheDarkZone Ya but atlest we got nitro fuiled and crash 4 out of it
This is honestly less scary than the original
I prefer the original to this empty remaster
It should be Toc-Man Word Re-Toc

There’s no metal sound, no Toc Man sounding threatening, not a lot of feelings giving off from a game over screen
Doesn't have the same impact as the original game over screen. Without the laugh and the sound effects, it doesn't feel the same.

Kind of a bad remake because it's nothing like the original
