- Paneer Naan Bombs- MUST TRY if you're a paneer lover!
Ingredients:
For paneer mixture
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp chopped Garlic
2 tsp chopped Ginger
½ cup chopped Onions
2 chopped Green Chillies
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
¼ cup chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Grated Paneer
½ Lemon (juiced)
1 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
For dough
1½ cup Refined flour
1 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cumin seeds
¼ cup Curd
2 tsp Oil
½ cup water
For spiced melted butter
¼ cup Melted butter
2 tsp Tandoori masala
2 tsp Black sesame seed
2 tbsp Curd
Other Ingredients
100 gm Processed Cheese (Cubed)
Preparation:
For Paneer Mixture
1. Heat Oil In a pan, add the onions, ginger and garlic 7 fry for 2 minutes
2. Add the green chillies and all the dry masala powders and continue cooking for 2 mins
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and paneer and continue to fry
4.Now add water & reduce the mixture till tomatoes are cooked
5. Add chopped coriander mix well and remove from flame
For the Dough
1. Take all ingredients in a bowl, add water and make a soft dough
2. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles
For the tandoori butter
1.Take all the ingredients for the butter in a bowl & mix well
For making the naan bombs
1.Take the rolled out dough circles & fill them with paneer mixture
2.Add a cube of cheese in the centre & inclose the filling with the dough to form a ball
3.Brush with tandoori butter
4.Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes
5.Serve with green chutney
