Baked Macaroni Pasta - This is what comfort tastes like!

Ingredients
For the Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Maida/All purpose flour
1 cup Milk
½ cup Cream
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ cup Cheese
For the Pasta
½ tsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Onions (chopped)
¼ Cup Carrots (diced)
¼ cup Yellow peppers (diced)
¼ cup Red Peppers (diced)
¼ cup corn
¼ cup Capsicum (diced)
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Parsley (chopped)
¼ tsp Thyme (chopped)
½ tsp Oregano
1 ½ Macaroni Pasta (boiled)
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients
2 tsp Oil (For Frying)
Method:
1. In a thick bottom pan, add the butter & flour & cook until slightly brown (Nutty aroma).
2. Once slightly thick, turn off the flame & add the cheese, mix well till cheese melts.
3. Once the cheese has melted remove & keep warm
4. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the onions, carrots, peppers, corn, capsicum & saute until vegetables are tender.
5. Now add the black pepper, parsley, thyme & macaroni Pasta, saute for another 2-3 mins
6. Then add the cheese sauce & combine well on low flame.
7. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish & top with cheese
8. Bake on high heat till cheese melts & colours slightly.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot
10. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
