I kinda find that a little more hilarious honestly to have basically everyone win a game after a whole heck of a lot of fighting back and forth, just for them to have to go through a whole new game just to determine who wins.
I mean, deciding who wins by dice us not that better tbh... but if they could add a setting to decide ties with like dice, minigames or just keeping the tie would be better.
Infinitely better than the Millennium Star’s “coin flip” or as everyone else mentioned the dice roll. If everyone played that well to get an exact tie, then yeah, they all deserve to be called winners.
That fact that there is actually unique dialogue and not just a random player winning shows that Nintendo it still developing and making the Mario Party series even better!
Can I just say I REALLY like seeing Ninji there. I can't fully articulate why, he's just a silly little enemy, and it feels surreal that after years of semi-obscurity, he's finally well-known enough to be a playable character in games like this and Mario Golf: Super Rush.
I'm fine with ties. That said, imagine if there was one final sudden death mini-game involving a special 4-player version of Tricky Turntable. One round, ten seconds, three Bob-ombs, one Star, no music. Whoever gets the Star wins. Now THAT would be crazy.
Well with the Jamboree buddy minigames only one person can have them so the tie breaker dice there kinda makes sense as for this I'm assuming they wanted to just let ties be ties or something idk
My first ever mario party game after getting the game was a tie between three people because of a last round bowser revolution. Lets's do this! Go, go!
in the older mario party games, if every player has the same number of stars and coins at the end of a party, they all roll a dice, with the winner being who rolls the highest number
I'm glad that there is no dice roll for tiebreaker like there is with Superstars I rather have a shared victory than have the victory taken away from be from a bad roll at the last second
A full 4 person tie is a little feasable if the last person at the last turn steps on the bowser tile and rolls the bowser revolution event to make all coins the same. Having star ties happen sometimes, not 4 way ties but everyone having the exact ammount of coins is more likely to happen via the bowser revolution.
If they used the dice rolls you initially started the game, that would probably help out ngl Or another extra bonus star. Or ANYTHING. But that being said, it’s not like it would change too much
Will they ever remake super mario bros 2 in super mario maker 3????? Yes I know history it was originally doki doki panic. But still it's part of history and its better than lost levels.
