There are so many things I love about this home but the number 1 thing is the indoor/outdoor living with the automatic retractable doors and the outside is awesomely layed out with the fireplace area, long eating table, the pool and fire pit. I also love the secondary kitchen to cook at so your main kitchen remains used rarely. I also loved the color palette used throughout the house.

Man you do an AMAZING job at explaining this stuff during your tour. I watch a million home walkthroughs but only this one explains so much and helps me understand the benefits and why. For example, when you explained the lowered maintenance needs in the bathroom for dusting because there's no ledges up top. That sort of stuff is gold for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing 😅
