I don’t know, I kind of think Blackrock is buying them all up and letting them sit empty. Or maybe it’s foreiners buying investment properties and letting them sit empty. I saw something fishy going on in our old neighborhood which was an upscale gated community. There used to be lots of cars and people coming and going in 2006 when I first moved there but by 2017 the neighborhood felt like a ghost town. It was weird.
@@ashleylala4293 this is exactly what I’m afraid of. Luxury homes I’m afraid are going to be a thing of the past. Just like the Vanderbilt mansions of the late 1800’s could no longer be built after the 1920’s. The people that can afford these homes do not live in developments anymore.
This video inspired me to the past when I was a little. The tour pulled dreams and fantasies out of me. I was so excited as I watched the video. I loved everything! I give respect to the designer for hosting the tour. She is such a Classy Lady! Beautiful Estate!☺❤

I love a foyer that has a lower ceiling height and then soars when you pass into the main living areas. Frank Lloyd Wright did that to make a dramatic statement. Love your designs for ceilings. They are so often given less attention than they deserve. The butlers pantry is perfection.

The serene color palette, rich wood tones and gorgeous stone work all combine to create such a dreamy aesthetic! Spectacular and thoughtful design!
