Although they are nearly identical, there's one thing you missed that I expected you to mention. Comparing "And against the worldie gouernours, the princes of darkness of this world" and "against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world" you can see that the worldie gouernours are the princes of darkness of this world while the KJV separates the powers or governors of this world from the princes of darkness of this world as if they are separate entities when the GNV clearly says they are one in the same. Not surprising that a King would want to omit that in his version of the bible because he is a worldly governor or prince of darkness in this world. With that said, I'll be studying the GNV more.
In the video he clearly addresses this exact conception. That the original Hebrew text says Kosmokratos, which translates to worldly governors. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood. "Flesh and Blood" in Hebrew is Basar Dam. It literally means we do not wrestle against human beings but against the powers that govern the spiritual world. I was on the fence but just gained clarity from the Holy Spirit!
YAHAUAH IS THE HEAVENLY FATHER NAME not yeshua , yeshua is a word not a name so them wasnt commaned to use yeshua but YAHAUAH IS A NAME NOT A WORD, SO YAHAUSHA IS THE MESSIAH not jesus.
So it says something different but it means the exact same. Like ordering a pizza but getting served a cheeseburger because it is technically food. Got it
A pizza and a cheeseburger are two different things entirely. There is no context in which a pizza and a cheeseburger are synonymous, although you can order a cheeseburger pizza in some restaurants. There are contexts where a ruler and a worldly governor can be synonymous. That’s the difference. In this context they are synonymous.
Paul was still arrested by the rulers of this world in the KJV bible. Jesus was still crucified by the world rulers in the KJV. Daniel’s 3 friends were still thrown into the fire by the world rulers. Daniel was thrown into the lions den in the KJV. And the world beast system is still thrown into the lake of fire in the book of revelation in both versions. Both books definitely point to corrupted world leaders. People are pointing out a tiny disparity and ignoring the piles of evidence both versions use to show that world governments can be used by the devil.
King James didn't like how the Geneva Bible reads. Especially, the study notes. The note saying how the Hebrew midwives were right in disobeying pharaoh. He saw this as promoting rebellion against kings. Also, he wanted to be popular among the people, of his day. So he ordered a new Bible to be made. The King James version. Eventually, after the KJV was out for a while, King James banned the Geneva Bible from being printed, sold, or having the possession of. I hope this helped.
Blessings! I responded but I don’t know what happened to it. Let me try again: There was never an outright or formal ban on the Geneva Bible. King James simply strongly endorsed a new translation, which we know as the King James Version (KJV). His support effectively sidelined the Geneva Bible, especially in official and ecclesiastical use. Over time, the KJV became the preferred version in England, and the printing and distribution of the Geneva Bible diminished. King James’ disapproval of the Geneva Bible’s notes, coupled with his support for a new unified translation, led to the gradual decline of the Geneva Bible’s popularity and use. This situation is often seen and interpreted as a de facto ban, although there was never an explicit royal decree forbidding its use.
@@gclmediadid you know King James was a homosexual and into demonology which again prove he changed it for a reason. Beside that it is the brittish empire who owns the copyright of the bible since 1611 which again is very mysterious

Thanks for the correction, I didn’t read it carefully before. Based on the context, it does refer to the spiritual world indeed , because at the beginning of both two versions from EPHESIANS 6:12 write that for we not against flesh and bloody, SO either the words "rules" or "worldly gouernours" after the first verse all should be explained by being controlled by evil spirits behind.
Thank you for this video my BIC! I recently have been seeing videos going viral for causing huge speculations and doubts surrounding Biblical text, Jesus himself, and most recently, a video saying that KJV has been revised by a “ruler of darkness” when in fact you’ve stated that is not the case at all!
Thank you ao much! The enemy desires to bring about doubt and skeptism. The bigger problem is that we so easily fall victim to these fallacies even though we were forwarned in Hosea 4:6 and given the remedy in 2 Timothy 2:15.

This is a gross misrepresentation that you have mentioned. There no mistake’s/misrepresentations/ errors/contradictions etc in the KJB, only misunderstandings! Every so called issue in the KJB that people have brought up has been squashed, and shone that the KJB translators were spot on. The predecessors of the KJB(Geneva, Matthew’s, Great Bible, Tyndale’s etc) were either produced by an individual, or a small group with less proofreaders. With the KJB we have 47 of the most brilliant scholars ever assembled, superior in every way! That never happened before, and will never again. Because most scholars today have been trained for 8 or so years, and maybe know one ancient language somewhat? But the scholars of the KJB era started between 4-5 years of age with language, and literary studies. Being fluent in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin at 6 years of age. They make modern scholars look like infants in comparison, so even if you gathered 47 scholars it couldn’t happen again like then! You mentioned Easter, I’m guessing that you think it’s a pagan term, and they seemed to have messed up? But no they did not, Easter was put in the KJB on purpose for a legitimate reason. Though there is some obscure evidence of a pagan use of the word Easter, the true entomology from the ancient Roman/Greco world was: east rising, or sun rising, or a new day/dawn of a new day! So knowing this the KJB translators used it to describe the “Resurrection of Jesus Christ”, since Passover was completed on Saturday night! This also refers to Jesus Christ being the last, and finale Passover once, and for all, for all mankind. So this is what you, and many others have often misunderstood. This is nothing new in the English language, there are many words that we use, or have used that have multiple meanings. This is a nonissue when things are understood in proper context. With our downgraded, dumbed down society, it’s no wonder people get confused so easily. There was absolutely no, none, zero influence whatsoever from the Catholic Church on the KJB. Though they tried to kill the King of England, and others. I’ll post more later.
Thank you for teaching with the authority of the Holy Spirit to clear this up. The enemy can even come as if he is telling you the Word of God when truly he brings confusion in the form of wisdom or knowledge.
Jeremiah 10: The GREAT GOD 6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art great, and thy name is great in might. 7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee. 10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation. 11 Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens. 12 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. 13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.
Also, King James was an obvious high ranking Scottish Rite mason. Why wouldn’t he change parts of the Bible to benefit himself and who he really served.
The term “rulers” was chosen because it most accurately reflects the meaning of the original Greek text. “World Ruler” or “Ruler of this World” is an epithet that Jesus used to describe the Devil (John 12:31-32), a concept Paul similarly references in Ephesians 2:2. However, in Ephesians 6:12, Paul isn’t referring to the Devil alone but to demonic powers collectively. Therefore, “rulers” is used in the plural rather than “World Ruler” or “Ruler of this World” in the singular. It’s important to note that it was already understood that Ephesians 6:12 has nothing to do with “Flesh and Blood,” meaning humans with normal limitations.
@@luisgabrielortiz2008 ya he changed it so it would be considered something different and not of a world leader like government. More of something dark and evil than people wouldn't notice that any leader anywhere is bad. They would think it would be hidden. Where they can't see it.
Hi, what about 2 Thessalonians 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: [g]for that day shall not come, except there come a departing first, and that [h]that man of sin be disclosed, even the son of perdition. notice the word departing the KJV version makes that confusing

Blessings! Have you ever done any research on the 1604 Hampton Court Conference? If not, I think you will be completely amazed by the reason for the commissioning of a “New Translation.”
It amazes me that the Geneva Bible 1599 has been basically omitted among all the other English translations. The KJV 1611 is not even readable today and those that read the KJV and KJV onlyists are reading the 1769 version. Among the English translations debates it's always the KJV against all the others; except for the Geneva 1599. I use the NKJV, NASB, ESV, and the Geneva. They are all good translations. I used the KJV for many years but upon learning many things about King James himself I would state that the KJV is the government Bible; however believe that is a good translation as well. Research the rules and conditions King James gave to his translators. First and foremost, the reason for the update was the people need an update in language from Geneva language of 1560. So they desired to replace with KJV 1611 which was still old English. But we all know the Geneva Bible was updated with that cultures linguistics in 1599, 12 years before the KJV was printed. But the Geneva Bible was replaced anyway with many people who fought against it. But make no mistake about it, it was primarily the notes in the GB by the reformers that King James hated.
@@ralphgreenwood2469 if you are speaking about longevity, then it would be the Latin Vulgate which was in use for 1100 years. I realize the King James has been in existence for 400+ years, but like I stated, the Geneva Bible is older and still in use today.
Only when taken out of context… For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against… kosmokratōr meaning a world ruler and also an epithet of Satan reemphasizes the given context.

According to satanists, the rankings and titles of satan's army are named exactly as it is named in Ephesians 6. Therefore the King James (the word of God) is correct because only God Himself could reveal this secret to us.

@detroitandclevelandfan5503 great response!!! Just a little more nuanced. There was NEVER an outright formal ban on the Geneva Bible, King James just strongly endorsed the new King James Version. His support for of the “Nee Translation” effectively sidelined the Geneva Bible, especially in official and ecclesiastical use. And as you stated eloquently and correctly, King James’ disapproval was of the Geneva Bible’s notes! Don’t believe this. Genesis 3:6 is a prime early example. KJV literally changes what the weekend tells Eve. Geneva Bible says deeper told Eve they “shall be gods.” KJV uses the annotation in the Geneva Bible to change the verse to “shall be like God.” He didn’t say that.
Yeah, and buy a modern translation and commentary on Ephesians and you can catch up to scholarship of the 21st century. Paul explictedly prefaces Ephesians 6:12, "we wrestle not against flesh and blood," emphasizes that our primary struggle is not against human beings, but against spiritual forces-"principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places." This does not deny that human rulers can oppose God’s people; rather, it emphasizes the possibility that rulers can be influenced by greater spiritual powers. The fact that Paul, Jesus, Daniel, and others faced persecution by human rulers does not contradict this statement. Instead, it underscores the reality that these human actions are manifestations of a deeper spiritual conflict. The corruption of world leaders, as depicted in the Bible, is driven by unseen spiritual forces. Paul’s point is that the ultimate battle is not against a person themselves, but against the spiritual forces that work through them. The KJV and other Bible translations consistently present this view, making it clear that our true enemy is not human, but the spiritual evil.
@@gclmedia I agree with you. My statement was merely to show that if King James’ intent was to somehow make world leaders look innocent in order to save face, as others are saying, he would’ve had to alter a lot more than just one word in one passage. And he chose not to. It sounds like the focus on this small textual difference is intended to stir up division, and I question whether the source of this conflict isn’t the real enemy pointed to in this scripture.
@nicholascordes5276 ahh I see! Thank you for bringing clarity and your kindness. It's refreshing! And you are right! The funny thing is King James himself didn't translate a single word of the Unified Translation that bears his name! Check out this video ruclips.net/video/5huF3cRCyuE/видео.htmlsi=D1Gc6tqzcj5LAQzj Contrary to popular belief it didn't even start being called the KJV until the late 1700s before that it was simply called “The New Translation.” KJV is a modern titling distinction. In actuality if you had a 1560 Geneva Bible and a 1611 KJV in front of you other than the date of publishing and a couple of other unique novelties included in the KJV (detailed genealogy) the average person could not tell the difference.

Deut 4:2 (KJV) and Rev 22:18-19 (KJV) tell us there can be only one preserved Word of God. And yet version after version is spewed out to deceive. There is not a power that is not given by God. Through providence God raised up the most powerful nation there ever was or will be, the U.S.A., and in its infancy it was given the preserved word of God; “Robert Aitken, a Philadelphia printer, was the first to publish the first American edition of the K.J.V. New Testament in 1781 and the K.J.V. Old Testament in 1782, omitting the Apocrypha. On completion, he petitioned and received from the Congress of the Confederation, an official endorsement that Aitken added to the binding of his Bibles, to assure colonists that they were buying a non-royalist edition: “Resolved, that the United States in Congress assembled… recommend this edition of the Bible to the inhabitants of the United States and hereby authorize him to publish this recommendation.” As a result, the Aitken Bible (KJV) is often referred to as “The Bible (KJV) of the Revolution.” The nation was given the KJV, not the dead sea scrolls, not the book of Enoch, not Hebrew books etc. but only the KJV. If God wanted us to understand his word in Hebrew he would have raised this nation up speaking Hebrew. Back in the 1600’s God saw to it that the certain scriptures were translated into English “KJ Bible” and was put into print so that all could read for themselves the truth that in in the scriptures. God did this because he knew that he would bring about this powerful nation [U.S.A. and the English language] of ours to lead the world. The scriptures were written by apostles and prophets inspired by God through the Holy Ghost. The compilation and translation to English was also done by the direction of God through the Holy Ghost and he did not make any mistakes, i.e., the fourth horse being “pale” was no mistake, the horse is not green. In Greek mythology, the name Chloris (Khloris Χλωρίς, from khloros χλωρός, meaning “greenish-yellow,” “pale green,” “pale,” “pallid” or “fresh”) appears… Pallid 1. pale; faint or deficient in color; wan: a pallid countenance. People say that they believe that scripture was written by the direction of God and the Holy Ghost, which is true. But what you people don’t seem to realize is that the compilation and translation of the bible (KJV) was also done by the direction of God and the Holy Ghost. If the bible (KJV) was written and compiled by men of opinion and perspective and translated by incompetent translators then you might as well throw it in the trash. The prophets were told what to write and how to write it, 2 Peter 1:20-21 (KJV) The nation was given the symbol of the Eagle, 37 … Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together. Luke 17:37 (KJV), the body being the Church, the body of Christ. The nation has the motto and preamble “in God we trust” and “one nation under God”. This greatest and most powerful nation the U.S.A., has been given the last and best chance to lead the world to heaven on earth or destruction. But like all other nations of power before it (symbolic Israels, Rev 11:8 (KJV)) the U.S. has chosen destruction and is now the great “liar” saying “in God we trust” and “one nation under God”, it is now the conglomerate of the dragon, beast, false prophet, and harlot, it is Satan loosed from the pit, 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth Rev 20:7-8 (KJV). And yet no one seems to know of or speak of a very clear fulfillment of prophecy in our recent history. We (U.S.A.) are the ones who brought down fire from heaven in Aug. of 1945 and we are the ones that gave life to the image of the beast in May of 1948. Rev.13:13-15 (KJV). All glory to God. Amen
Im thinking yea they changed it!👍.We are in the little season also! After tribulation.Mmmhmmm So yes the devil and his minions have done alot to hide history and the time we are in bro👍💯

Geneva Bible: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly governors, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places". KJV: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places". NASB: "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places". Here is the issue with the Geneva Bible's translation as "worldly governors". When looking at how the word was used outside of the Bible in that time, it meant "world ruling deities". It wasn't a reference to humans, but to the "gods". This is why St. Paul uses it, he is referring to the demons who controlled the world and was NOT talking about human authorities. The Geneva Bible mistranslated the word to reflect their political beliefs about anti-government, which is why there is a huge resurgence in this translation's popularity among conservative American Christians.
Grab Hallelujah Scriptures and the Cephr the others if you want to compare. I wonder how people are doing in the pit and lake of fire for trying to change Yahuah's words to suit their tyrannical needs? 😂King James took the original phrasing out his version in Eph 6:12 because it was talking about him or the current forms of government and wicked rulers at that time. The changing was because of the lack of education or "being taught," as they would say back then. Don't be religious just follow Yah.

Let me try again:
There was never an outright or formal ban on the Geneva Bible.

I guess if you think government is good, then keep studying your KJV
The Textus Receptus, the original Greek and Hebrew, is THE ONLY inspired word of God. Any pastor worth his salt reads from an Interlinear Greek/Hebrew/English Bible, numbered to the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance. I use the 1599 Geneva Bible for my own personal reading and quoting of scripture, aside from when I want to point out the mistakes and corruption in the king james, as the Geneva translations are unfrowarded by anglo saxon roman catholic influence. The KJV is translated from the Greek however it has a lot of mistakes and some intentional corruption (there is no easter in the Textus Receptus or Geneva Bibles, for example) roman catholicism is a hybrid pagan abomination to God created by constantine. All other more modern translations are just plain corrupt text.

King James changed it because he was a “world ruler”. 🚩🚩🚩🚩
Also, King James was an obvious high ranking Scottish Rite mason. Why wouldn’t he change parts of the Bible to benefit himself and who he really served.
He was also homoseksual and into demonology from what I could learn about him
The term “rulers” was chosen because it most accurately reflects the meaning of the original Greek text.

I will ask you a simple question.Which Bible ,which translation has prevailed over all others?
@@ralphgreenwood2469 if you are speaking about longevity, then it would be the Latin Vulgate which was in use for 1100 years. I realize the King James has been in existence for 400+ years, but like I stated, the Geneva Bible is older and still in use today.

According to satanists, the rankings and titles of satan's army are named exactly as it is named in Ephesians 6. Therefore the King James (the word of God) is correct because only God Himself could reveal this secret to us.
Why was The KJV made ?!

Plus only 36% of British Evangelicals believe Paul was the author of Ephesians
Yes, you are right! Whether or not Paul is the author of Ephesians is a great subject of debate.
@@gclmedia the scholarly consensus is Paul wrote seven letters but I just received a book this week and she makes a good case about Philemon not being written by Paul either. The pastoral epistles only about 25% of British evangelicals believe Paul wrote them.

On completion, he petitioned and received from the Congress of the Confederation, an official endorsement that Aitken added to the binding of his Bibles, to assure colonists that they were buying a non-royalist edition: “Resolved, that the United States in Congress assembled… recommend this edition of the Bible to the inhabitants of the United States and hereby authorize him to publish this recommendation.” As a result, the Aitken Bible (KJV) is often referred to as “The Bible (KJV) of the Revolution.”
The nation was given the KJV, not the dead sea scrolls, not the book of Enoch, not Hebrew books etc. but only the KJV.
In Greek mythology, the name Chloris (Khloris Χλωρίς, from khloros χλωρός, meaning “greenish-yellow,” “pale green,” “pale,” “pallid” or “fresh”) appears…
Pallid 1. pale; faint or deficient in color; wan: a pallid countenance.
The prophets were told what to write and how to write it, 2 Peter 1:20-21 (KJV)
The nation was given the symbol of the Eagle, 37 … Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together. Luke 17:37 (KJV), the body being the Church, the body of Christ. The nation has the motto and preamble “in God we trust” and “one nation under God”. This greatest and most powerful nation the U.S.A., has been given the last and best chance to lead the world to heaven on earth or destruction. But like all other nations of power before it (symbolic Israels, Rev 11:8 (KJV)) the U.S. has chosen destruction and is now the great “liar” saying “in God we trust” and “one nation under God”, it is now the conglomerate of the dragon, beast, false prophet, and harlot, it is Satan loosed from the pit, 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth Rev 20:7-8 (KJV).
Amen

Don't do that . Cause that bibles different. KJV is from Rome Catholic but Geneva1560 is free for Rome Catholic
How so? If that be the case then what would be the point in the Catholic Church edition called the Douay-Rheims (New Testament in 1582, Old Testament in 1609-1610), that’s 1 year prior to the 1611 Protestant “New Translation.” The Douay-Rheims Bible was produced to provide English-speaking Catholics with a translation of the Bible that reflected Catholic doctrine and teachings, in efforts to counter the influence of “Protestant translations” like the Geneva Bible and the Bishops’ Bible during the Reformation era. 🤷🏿♂️
God bless you brother..
any pastor worth his salt would acknowledge the blatant 'corruptions' to the textus receptus. why would you consider erasmus, a catholic, capable of divine inspiration if catholicism itself is an abomination? look at the lord's prayer in matthew, for instance. "for thine is the kingdom" is a corruption to the text coming from the byzantine era. it's not found in the vulgate, nor in codex sinaiticus, nor in codex vaticanus. its a clear and obvious addition to the text, that's not found in any classical manuscripts or papyri.
Just avoid any "translation" After 1611.
JPS, ESV, RSV, NRSV?
The Geneva Bible was the first complete English Bible😊😊
The 1382 Wycliffe was the first complete handwritten English Bible. But the credit is given to the 1535 Coverdale Bible.
As I watch this video I see other videos to watch titled "Why Geneva Bible is Superior to King James Bible" and "The KJV is Corrupt" Who gets paid to do there videos about different Bibles? None can even use the correct name of our creator and Savior.
Yes it did
