PAGTATAG (the Founding of SB19)
Basically the story of SB19 on how they've started their Journey. Most ICONIC scene from this trailer is the Blood of the last person who stayed when everyone and even the members called it quits and gave up. And It was only STELL who stayed and believed.
THE BLOOD:
Stell plays a very significant role in the group as if not for him who stayed rooted to this dreams, then most probably we don't have our MAHALIMA. Recall that it was the conviction of Stell who paved Pablo's decision to get back and even Josh's.
The SPROUT:
It stands for their dream where they've got tested. Tried everything. Tried all. But still falled.
The Burning Man:
It signifies the bashers (The clown) and the people who ridiculed them and gave them a taste of failure and embarrassment along their way to making it.
The Workers:
They are the AURUM. The first fan group of SB19 before it became the ATIN. They were the ones who believed in our MAHALIMA. They were the group who fought for them when no one was.
The STRUGGLE:
The whole traller video was a struggle. It gave us a glimpse of how they've made this far and a snippets of they hard work. Even up to the days where are all dressed In white, challenges never stops and still testing them.
Am just so happy and excited that seeing our MAHALIMA.

To answer to 1 of your questions, YES SB19 always have a storyline on all their songs. There’s always hidden meanings in everything ,clues, foreshadowing and Easter eggs.
They like making their fans think outside the box and investigate ,it’s always fun, that’s one of their specialties.

YAY!!! So happy you could react to PAGTATAG! Trailer! This is the second EP of the trilogy (Pagsibol?, Pagtatag!, Simula at Wakas.) The trailer is the story of SB19 in a post-apocalyptic theme. SB19 enjoys it when their fans formulate theories about their work - this one included!
My personal take is, during the first segment, they worked hard and used all the formulas they know to break into the music scene (sprout could symbolise their dream or SB19 and their music) during their debut (TIlaluha) but nothing worked. At the second segment, Pablo comes with his own formula, hoping that would make a difference (with Go Up, they get to showcase his songwriting skills)...still, nothing. Stell, this time,, uses his own blood (symbolic of blood, sweat and tears - them giving their all on Go Up, practising 1000x), still none...just yet. Sometimes, things are just out of your control. Third segment: Overnight, by some twist of fate, all their hard work, persistence, determination have paid off when they suddenly "blew up" (explosion) - thanks to their Go Up dance practice video! The burning man on the last segment could be their haters. He's seen as a bystander with a dog (from FELIP's Straydogs?) in the first segment, doing nothing, then looking at the sprout that turned gold up close on the third segment (haters that later on wants to partake in SB19's achievements).
You got their names correct! Hope you could catch them in Chicago! Don't worry about coming to the concert alone - chances are, you'll meet a lot of A'TIN there and you'd come home with newfound friends in them, just like I have when I flew out to NYC to watch SB19!

Like you said, you love SB19 and that’s more than enough to keep supporting them. 😊 If you could make it to their Chicago concert, that would be awesome! A lot of Non-Filipino A’tin went to their concert here in the US bu themselves and went home gaining new friends. They’re mostly YT reactors as well and they said SB19 concert was the best concert they attended last year. The boys know how to connect to their audience. They felt like they’re special and you have to witness how welcoming and generous real A’tin is. They give food, SB19 freebies to all concert goers. You won’t feel alone, I swear. 😄

Notice that when they came out wearing white, each part mirrors their solo endeavors. Stell for Disney + , Justin's Nasa Iyo ang Panalo for Puregold, Ken in Palayo (that headdress is a dead giveaway), Josh for Wild Tonight and Pablo in La Luna. They showed their individuality but at the end of the day, they still belong to one group. Matatag hanggang sa huli, as depicted in the last scene. No matter how chaotic their surroundings are, they are immovable.
By the way, it was Pablo who fell. He said it's on the script and he volunteered. He got cut and bruised. Josh was surprised but remained in character. They shot the entire trailer in one day. Amazing!
The burning man towards the end is the narrator, actor/singer Pepe Herrera. He was the one who was holding the dog and one of the main characters. He represents SB19's bashers when they were just starting but got burned when the boys soared higher and higher. Bazinga!

we'll be getting a total of 6 songs for this EP! it was also confirmed by them that all these tracks are all unreleased unlike their first EP, Pagsibol. so, yeah. there's plenty of time for all of us to prepare ourselves though I'm pretty sure we're all still gonna ba a total mess once this is out 😭

Before PAGTATAG (strengthening/founding/building), there was PAGSIBOL (growth/sprouting/germination). Thus, the seed that became a plant. PAGSIBOL EP has 6 songs (not sure with the order):

Even though they contributed in lyrics and other adjustments on their past crafts pre-pagsibol, this EP embarked their artistic freedom, moving away from the typical "Kpop influence" (their starting point). According to them, Ikalawang Yugto (The Second Chapter) is a trilogy: PAGSIBOL (?), PAGTATAG (!), and Simula at Wakas ( . ).

The live versions are almost always better than the MVs. Wish Bus is a great place to start, as are the 5 songs they did for the Round Festival (especially Tilaluha). Their solos are also awesome and will help you put names to faces 🙂 Felip (aka Ken; he uses his real name for solos) has released 2 EPs and 4 MVs, Pablo and Josh have 2 MVs each, and Stell and Justin have done covers (together and with other people).
Actually the whole trailer is basically the story of their journey as a group.
1. The setting: set in a hostile (almost apocalyptic) place. When SB19 started PPop was almost a laughing stock in the Philippines. There were previous groups before them since late 2000s but none of them were taken seriously. They were seen as nothing but Kpop wannabes and copycats
2. The seed is their chance for their dreams to come true, they tried multiple times to breakthrough the local music industry but always failed. Pablo came into the rescue with his compositions but it wasn't enough
3. Stell's blood was vital because there was a point that the other four members wanted to call it quits but Stell convinced them to give it another try.
4. The seed reacted and grew suddenly because their Go Up video (which was supposedly their last shot) unexpectedly became viral and that's when the local music scene took them seriously.
5. The huge tree at the end symbolizes SB19's level of current success and because of them Ppop is now a more accepted genre of Filipino music, they basically opened the gates for other Ppop groups, for those groups to be taken seriously and not be seen as Kpop wannabes. That is why SB19 deserves the title Ppop Kings

I was going to recommend ROUND festival, but "Hanggang sa Huli" is the only new song for you there (their vocals for their ballads are so good there, though).
Other than their dance rehearsals, going for their other Wish Bus performances is a good route. "Mana" is a fan fave.
Another you could do is go for their solos. Ken (under his real name Felip) has the largest discography with 8 songs. Prepare for the possible blocks on the official MVs.

Their music videos usually have behind the scenes mini-documentaries/vlogs. WYAT, WHAT? and Bazinga even have multi-part ones. Their live performances and other tour/event vlogs and their Show Break (sort of a variety show) can give you more insight to their chaotic personalities.

Its the symbolysm of their struggle to make Filipino music breakthrough worldwide.
Their last album where bazinga is... Is called Pagsibol (Sprout). Which is the symbol there.
Each member had their touch or does their part to make it grow but somehow its not enough. As you could see the staff members were pouring the solution meaning they also contribute to making it possible. Even placing the blood sweat and tears. And even their shot to be known internationally like Bazinga or WYAT though it does have its glory but the progres is slow.
But this new beginning will grow and showcase how strong they will be. Thats why its called Pagtatag or being established or they will not be fazed or brought down.
This will burn the Haters per bazinga, laluna and straydogs.
And I hope u could react to their solos during Pagsibol era. You would see the resemblace but leveled up. :D
