Wayne Cleveland was arrested in 2009 for trafficking Cocaine from America to Australia and was handed a 16 year sentence. He grew up in the infamous Maroubra NSW in the Bra Boys era. From a young age he had a passion for surfing and did it professionally, mostly on the big wave scene. During the 10 years he was incarcerated it gave him enough time to think and has come out with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. I watched the whole thing , sav you asked some great questions , and Wayne has quite the story to tell , none of it was boring and you find yourself really engaged in Wayne’s past , the fact that pedo’s and rapists get a more lenient sentence than Wayne still blows my mind! I’d visit mates in long bay when they got pinched for small time dealing out of their apartment in Coogee, their sentence was longer than some other inmates with disgusting crimes , I reakon it’s cause the government are just angry they are not getting their piece of the pie from sales and avoiding duty/GST , they don’t care if you take it ! But when you don’t share your profit , well that’s the crime in their book
