But then i thought would i like to sit behind a pay desk all day saying the same things 500 times while handling 5000 items when you're young and beautiful and you could do something more stimulating or something better for yr future? It's mostly young people who have these jobs (in the NL that is). It's a job only suited for older or handicapped people who can't stand or walk a long time and like to have social contact and not have a brain that needs challenging. Let these youngsters do something else with their time. But to not lose the only pay desk still available i always use that one. I prefer human contact over a machine.@@bbbanks6912

As a whistleblower myself, the financial, social, mental and emotional isolation by 100% of the people around me is the biggest threat. Because scandal gets clicks and controversy sells, the only interest is from select media. However, I noted that no one was interested in helping me recover from the huge cost of speaking up and this is sociopathic. It's fine to say "this is terrible" but if it's not terrible enough for a single person to contribute a few hours of support or a few hundred dollars and the other side is willing to spend millions to defend the corrupt, then the corruption is enabled by the public at least as much as it is perpetrated by the top. Only when the average whistle-blowers life improves due to everyone chipping in a few dollars will the public deserve to save the tens of billions that it will save from knowing the truth. I'd like to see media networks coordinate gofundme campaigns and track them and follow up in the notes.

Stephanie is a brave woman of high character. Sad that the very wealthy have the money but not a shred of the character. I so empathize with her position & though I wasn't earning near her level, I suffered for speaking up about what's not right. She's got a wonderful story to tell that the predator class would rather remain secret. It's not like they couldn't live well on what they had. It's never enough for some, they insist on being allowed special privileges, shallow husks that they are. Must be hard to have no intrinsic self worth. I hope the very best for you Stephanie! You've an important story to tell about more than tax evasion, the depravity of those who run our world 😳

******The higher, you move up on the economic scale, the more sociopaths you will come in contact with.****** We are dealing with mentally ill individuals and people with money and power addictions. This has been a problem since the beginning of time. It will not go away. One, we have too many cowards in society. Two, government quickly becomes inapt at conducting any kind of regulatory authority. Three, most people are either ignorant or too lazy to understand how their world is being negatively impacted by these criminals. As Chris Hedges states, yes, we are a mouse screeching against the avalanche. However, screeching we must do regardless!

My mom and a coworker refused to fabricate false witness statements for their employer and also suffered work related illnesses. Their case was met with a courtroom full of defense attorneys, as it was going to be a massive precedent setting case. But the judge refused to give a pretrial ruling on important issues and even allowed the insurance industry to countersue using a massive, indecipherable abstract complaint as a harassment tool, so both sides settled pretrial. A year or so later, however, a district 9 judge oddly succumbed to the same work related illnesses that many other SF judges were also at risk of. In a flash, the same court system that balked at my mom's and her co-worker's case flipped their stance 180⁰ and ruled in favor of the judge against the insurance industry.

*"Are corporations "Above the Law" that the rest of us have been made subject too !"* , errr.... yes, they have been for decades - obviously. _The evidence is ALL AROUND US. For example British Petroleum leaked 205.8 million gallons of crude oil into the Gulf of Mexico, nobody was sent to jail, nobody was paraded in the press as a criminal, money was paid and drilling continued - this is not the same justice you or I would receive if we were capable of such horrific ecocide. If the only punishment is a fine, then that means it's legal for rich people to do the crime._

I've been a avid reader and listener of your work since you first appeared to me on News World International in the 90's.I have watched a continuous disent of all appearances of criminal justice for those in power all over the world and any form of consequences for their actions.
The crippling of legitimate investigative reporters by allowing the merging of massive media networks and the mass firing of said journalists has provided a barrier of concealment that shields their criminal enterprises. The crimes and outright greed of those who mislead the citizens of the world and at the same time become our politicians to hide their actions and revoke our rights is absolutely disgusting. Thank you for never wavering from your commitment to always be one the few remaining beacons of truth and honorable journalism.

French people and many of us around the world have not been informed of what is going on. The non tax paying by Corporations, the tax evasion by wealthy, money in tax free state hidden. This has been going on for years, professional corruption. Thank you to this lady stating about the payments to French representative who was bribed in two million francs by Pfizer. Can absolutely guarantee this bribing is happening all around the world by professions to professions. And what this woman has gone through for her whistleblowing , and her fight to support the french people and an integral just system, has shown up why the legal system the lawyers representing big entities are a bunch of crooks and pariahs to need to be locked up. They say there is no honesty in politics or the system for which it was designed anymore. I think there is not. It is like a warzone, the elitist, cheats, liars, thieves, too many. Now people are playing their game. And the system is going down. POOR FOUNDATIONS , THE TERMITES OF GREED AND SELF ENTITLEMENT, ME, ME, ME, NOT WE, WE, I AM A TAKER NOW. GOVERNMENT, CORPORATIONS ARE GOING TO BE ROBBED, THIEVED FROM THEIR RELEVANCE WILL BE NOTHING.

Agreed, and despite her bravery, I can't help but say that we need to know that most of the large companies we work for and dedicate our lives to have unsavory elements beneath the table. There is a level of naivety associated with being "oblivious" to this. Also, no surprise that if you whistleblow, you will most likely have a very difficult life afterwards.

IMHO to hide behind naivety from willful ignorance is no excuse.

It is a shame that this woman has had to endure all of these trials, because she upholds ethics in the field that she is in, banking. She highlighted many things that deserve more scrutiny, worldwide. As I have learned throughout my life... follow the money. That is where most of the ill-gotten gains reside, and are protected by the people that not only perpetrate the crimes, but the ones who attempt to hide the maleficence.

If you live in county that steals upwards of 50% ( high middle class + vat. etc.) only distribute it amongst their cronies, then these laws are merely financial selfdefense.
