It’s a great coincidence but I keep a water bottle next to my bed, there’s a huge mirror in my room, there is always an empty chair that i keep next to my bed too and I was alone for 15days sleeping this way. lol I do think I’ve become the devil my self so this could be true.
But there’s a study that I found where if you keep your hand on your chest while sleeping, there could be nightmares as a défense mechanism against oxygen flow. So if you keep your hands next to chest, they could induce nightmares and feeling of someone around in the state of sleep.
