Honestly this is very comforting for me because my ex used to abuse me a lot, not physically but verbally and emotionally, she used to always make me feel bad and shout and scream at the slightest things that happen fortunately after 2 years of dating, I decided to stand up to her and break up when my family started noticing a change in my behavior, how I started to overwork myself, not eating and not staying hydrated.

Damn i can relate to the listener. I had myself a situation like that, just that it wasnt my ex lmao. I was with my colleques after work eating icecream in the city and i wore like just a tshirt and shorts (not even that short) bc it was really hot. I said my goodbyes and left, walking through the city to just get to my bus stop. Suddenly, an older man like maybe in his 40's or 50's got real close to me and asked me if i wanted to get icecream with him, replying with no, he still tried to keep a Conversation going which made me panic a bit bc i had already ... Experiences that were traumatizing. I told him to leave me alone, i walked closer to the street but he kept following me so i called my mom and asked her to stay on the phone. She sent her Boyfriend to pick me up instead of driving with the bus home. The guy left when i ran to the car. Getting followed by a complete stranger is terrifying as hell and that you made this audio, protecting 'us" made me happy bc i wish i would have had that back then :') the people just watched and walked past sigh.
Okay here's a really good tip for if this actually happens to you if you feel like someone's following you go find a mother with children or walk into a store with lots of people in it and if you're in a store with people go find a manager or a person who works there because they'll be able to help you but if you're out alone like on the street or something and you see a mom and kids walking nearby go walk up to them.

Totally lost me at the license to carry line. He brings up being able to own a gun before even mentioning the police or getting a restraining order? That’s uhhh, giving a very “‘merica” vibe that’s quite off putting to say the least. Seems like others in the comments enjoyed that line so I guess I’m in the minority on it but tbh once that vibe came in, I couldn’t even finish listening to the video. As someone who is very anti-gun, this simply wasn’t my cup of tea. All that being said, up until that point I was noticing a general overall improvement here. Not sure how to describe it exactly but keep up the good work! And maybe just consider the weight of certain implications a lil more I guess since saying “I won’t kill him” doesn’t really take away the severity of shooting someone before even mentioning going to the authorities for help.
TL;DR: I don’t like guns so this wasn’t for me but otherwise it’s a pretty good one.
