A native of California, Dr. Benjamin Talei graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Physiological Sciences. He received his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Talei then went on to complete his residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at Columbia University and Cornell University Medical Centers, New York Presbyterian Hospital. Following his residency program, Dr. Talei became one of the only surgeons in the country to complete two separate fellowships in Facial & Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery including a fellowship at the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York. In addition, Dr. Talei is a respected author, speaker and humanitarian.

The problem of aging is bone deformity. A woman cannot look young if bone rotation is not reversed first, if mid face bone collapse is not reversed, if philtrum bone length is not shortened, I do not mean a lip lift I mean the bony part. A woman cannot look young if the chin is not feminised, with age it widens, it lengthens and it projects and together with mid face bone collapse the face turns witchy looking. I wish maxillofacial surgeons would participate together with plastic surgeons to make aging faces 75 and older up to maybe a 100 younger again. They get hip replacements, why not look good too, it might even be beneficial psychologically. They must work hand in hand, we need hundreds of photo galleries of before and after photographs, the bone collapse again projecting thanks to implants and the manly chin wide, long and jutting feminised again. Start working on this now please, it will take maybe 5 or 10 years to develop easy techniques available to everybody.
Face lifts deliver in general wonderful results. Lasers, fillers and botox and spf are wonderful, skincare is very good too. We do not need another 400 dollar serum that does 0,0000001percent something better, it is like the building is in ruins but we keep making more beautiful and sophisticated wallpapers, tapestries.. what for.. We need surgeons work on the BONE. It is bone, bone, bone. Forget serums and botox, it is BONE. A woman cannot look young if when speaking we see her lower teeth. She will look old no matter what 400 dollar serum she uses. Please start working on the bone, bone shaving and impalnts, please start now, otherwise whatever else you do is nothing. We need maxillofacial surgeons be active on antiaging issues and work hand in hand with plastic surgeons, 90 or 100 year olds deserve to look 60 if they want to. Real aging is deep down a bone deformity.

Can you please tell me is there's atreat for TMJ and is it one of the asymmetry reasons and if I want a symmetrical face shall I fix my TMJ with a surgery first
@Mido Munny I have TMJ problems as well and according to one of the top doctors in the country at Temple University you should never have surgery to try to correct it due to the complexity of the joint and it’s rotation/movement capabilities. Any minute impingement can cause a lifetime of excruciating pain and potential immobility of the joint. He recommended stretching exercises of the head and neck especially when in the shower allowing the warm water to run over the neck and TMJ areas. In addition to hot compresses I occasionally use ice gel packs for relief. Lastly the TMJ has to do with the rotation of the jaw bone not the soft tissues and ligaments that control facial expressions or elasticity or lack there of. Hope this helps.

@@midomunny2139 as a joint it shouldn’t, at least I’ve never heard of it doing so. It might be nerve/neurological related and or a side effect of medication you’re taking. I had a reaction or side effect that mimicked Guillian Barre Syndrome that turned out to be medication I was taking. Also some dental issues can effect facial symmetry so a Prosthodontist would definitely be able to diagnose. They’re training goes above and beyond a basic dentist MD’s capabilities.

Dr. Talei has a lot of bad reviews. For being a "well-known" plastic surgeon, he shouldn't have negative reviews of his surgical work. 🤔 Dr. Kao has some bad reviews too. Saw a picture of a woman he transformed into cat woman. Yikes! Beware and do your research.

Kao's lifts cost way more than that from what people who have received quotes have said.
@@debbielockhart7762 agreed. I was one of them. His price started at 40k up to 80k. This was two years ago. I am sure the price has gone up.
