I’m a 25 year veteran on an engine and 9 out of 10 don’t give a shit about training. And they damn sure don’t train hard when they do. At 46 I still can smoke these young boys, I’ve tried my hardest to get guys to see the value but I gave up.
We all started somewhere, and these aren't massive guys. Some of them probably just started training. Am impressed that they are taking time to make themselves stronger so they are even better at their job. And they are also squatting to depth ...well done, gentlemen
