The Trudeau government faced criticism after the Auditor General, Karen Hogan, reported that they overpaid for the ArriveCan app.
The app was developed to facilitate travel during the pandemic, but its cost ballooned to approximately $60 million, significantly higher than initial estimates.
Poor record-keeping by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) contributed to the lack of clarity on the exact cost.

The real question is...why did the government feel that they had the right to monitor the people? Has any government official asked that question?

The greed and gluttony of people able to take advantage of CANADIAN'S HARD-EARNED TAX DOLLARS IS SICKENING. THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED AND MADE TO PAY IT BACK VIA GARNISHED WAGES.
