This is going to be a great fight.. However, I noticed something about Spence. I think he leans too far forward and plants his feet when he’s digging in with those body shots and that’s where I believe Bud has an opportunity to time him and clip him.. Let me know if y’all noticed that…

Crawford has a longer reach and Spence is not going to be able to just walk through those punches in this fight.. I refuse to pick a favorite in this fight, but to anyone looking to make a few dollars on a nice boxing match, on the 25th Stephen Fulton and Inoue the monster fight in Japan. Our American's odds are +235 against Inoue. Get your money. Cool boy is not letting a smaller foreigner take his belts.

Well it's that type of fight. I got Bud and always have but I can see ways that Spence could best Crawford.
Spence has to display a high level of patience and timing. Which aren't his favourite tools. Spence likes taking lead foot position, blind with the jab then transition into the pocket for body shots.
It's a very dangerous fight both so opinions may be swayed.

@@sonofapollo5892 that was an ugly fight in my view. Porter fights like a football player. Lots of headbutting and clashing of heads took place. Errol does have a few low punches in a lot of his fights but I dont see him as a dirty fighter who deliberately aims below the belt of his opponents. He's a fighter who believes in aiming for the body and beating it up relentlessly.

Bernards absolutely right. Although I’m taking Bud because I feel he has the better skill-set, Spence is definitely a fighter. I feel this fight will go the distance, but, I have a gut feeling it’s going to have a controversial ending. I’m also predicting this will make a second fight happen. What I’m really hoping is a fix or drugs wont come into play. That in itself is asking a lot. The crazy part about this fight is, feel both fighter have almost equal will, which is going to make it one of the best fights seen in a long time. There is a lot at stake for both fighters
If you really believe there's a possibility of a fix then you should NOT be betting or watching the sport of boxing. People cheat sometimes with hardening hand wrappes, but it really takes a lot to fix a fight. It really does. You already got yourself a built an excuse for losing.

Errol Spence has over come so much adversity outside the ring and is still dominate inside the ring. His mental toughness is on another level right now, I don't see Crawford slowing him down.

I didn't see this as close as at all. Respect to the great Bernard. But Spence is too slow- hand speed, and defense- to handle a fighter as fast, precise and powerful as Crawford. His strength was only going to last so long against Crawford before it broke down. THere was almost no chance he would get close enough, often enough, untouched enough, to damage Crawford before Crawford put him down.

Bernard Hopkins is correct when he points to his head as to where the outcome of the fight will be determined. Spence is neurologically impaired as a result of his 2 serious car crashes. He suffers from a brain concussion which most probably resulted to CTE or early onset of dementia. It is obvious when you compare the movement and actuations of Spence before his accident and after. His speech, his facial expression, the look in his eyes. During the fight, his coach kept on instructing him to move away from in front of his opponent. Spence couldn’t comply. The ability to move laterally, or the lack of is a clear symptom of neurological impairment. Spence is clearly a broken person as a result of the concussion he suffered from the car crash. He shouldn’t even have been allowed to fight. Having said that, with an opponent as talented as Crawford, IMHO I don’t think a healthy Spence would have stood a chance.
People always pick against spence, they say he's basic, go back to the mikey garcia fight, people said mikey would outbox him.

But spence is a power grinding Southpaw and he does not fight backwards. Both have heart skill etc etc. But i think its who's style will be more dominant.
